Established physical retailers: safe only after listing checks

How to preorder from an official store

Use the channel that took your payment. PlayStation Store orders go to PlayStation support. Rockstar Store orders go to Rockstar support. Purchases from another retailer, including a marketplace seller, must be handled by that retailer. Rockstar’s support routing is channel-specific, so contacting the wrong company can delay a refund or delivery investigation.
If a digital preorder is missing
Check the purchasing account’s library, order history and email receipt first. Confirm that the transaction completed rather than remaining pending or being declined. If the order is absent, provide the store with the order number, account email, date, currency and platform shown at checkout.
If a code does not redeem
Do not repeatedly guess regional settings or buy a replacement code. Photograph the package and code without publishing the code itself, keep the receipt and contact the retailer that sold it. If a shipment is late
