That October event has ended, so the deals below are historical examples—not prices you can assume are still available. Check each product’s live listing and checkout total before buying.
What happened to the October gaming deals?
Amazon scheduled Prime Big Deal Days to end at 11:59 p.m. PDT on October 7, 2026 (06:59 UTC on October 8). That deadline has passed. Amazon’s event page distinguishes the October sale from Prime Day, which took place June 23–26, 2026. Amazon’s Prime Day announcement and its Prime Big Deal Days event page provide the official event context.
Any October offer mentioned here should be treated as expired unless the current product page confirms that it remains available. Sale prices, stock, sellers, and Prime eligibility can change, so verify them at checkout.
Which gaming deals were reported?
Meta Quest 3S 128GB
On October 7, 9to5Toys reported that Amazon was offering the Meta Quest 3S 128GB for $297 shipped during Prime Big Deal Days. This is a dated report, not a confirmed current price. Check that the listing is for the 128GB model, confirm the seller and any included bundle items, and compare the final delivered price before purchasing. Read the October 7 deal report.

How to tell whether a gaming deal is worthwhile
A discount label alone does not tell you whether a purchase fits your setup or represents a good value. Check the details that determine what you will actually receive and pay:
- Compare the final checkout price. Include delivery charges and confirm that the displayed price applies to your account and location. Amazon recommends checking Price History on product pages; availability may be limited.
- Match the configuration. For a VR headset, verify storage tier and bundle contents. For a game, check the platform, edition, and whether it is a digital or physical copy.
- Check compatibility. Make sure an accessory supports your device or platform and solves a need you actually have. Do not assume a case, strap, or controller accessory fits a particular model without confirming compatibility.
- Verify seller, stock, and eligibility. Confirm who is selling the item, whether it is in stock, and whether the deal requires Prime membership.
- Use recent reporting as a lead, not a guarantee. A roundup can help you find products to investigate, but only the current listing and checkout confirm a price and its terms.
Does Prime membership affect access?
Amazon said Prime membership was required for Prime Big Deal Days offers. Its event roundup listed US membership at $14.99 per month or $139 per year and said eligible customers could start a free 30-day trial. Those are US figures reported for the 2026 event, not a guarantee of current membership terms; check Amazon’s current offer and eligibility details before signing up. Amazon’s event roundup has the event-specific information.
