The best choice depends on whether you want a ready-made figure or a larger display piece. Takara Tomy’s Moncolle ML-05 is the compact, articulated option; LEGO’s Rayquaza set is a much larger buildable model, not an out-of-box action figure. Bandai’s Pokémon Scale World figure is another collector option, but its listing schedules shipment for March 2027.

Which Rayquaza figure should you choose?
For a compact ready-made figure: Moncolle ML-05
Moncolle ML-05 is the clearest match if you mean an action figure you can take out of the box and pose. Pokémon Center Online’s Japanese listing describes a PVC figure about 10 cm tall with movable arms, recommends it for ages 4+, and gives a release date of September 2, 2023. The listed price is ¥1,760; check the seller and regional availability before ordering, since the listing is Japanese and does not establish stock elsewhere.
For a large display centerpiece: LEGO Rayquaza 72168
LEGO’s U.S. product page describes a 1,083-piece model standing over 15 in. (38 cm) tall. It can be removed from its display base, and its tail and body can be reconfigured; its arms and head are jointed. LEGO describes it this way: “The posable LEGO® Pokémon™ figure has a reconfigurable tail and body, plus jointed arms and head, providing a variety of dynamic display possibilities.” This is a build-it-yourself display model, not a ready-made traditional action figure, so choose it for the construction project and larger display presence rather than immediate out-of-box play. The page showed $129.99 and “Available now” on October 8, 2026; price and stock can change.
For a scale collectible: Bandai Pokémon Scale World
Bandai’s Pokémon Scale World Hoenn Rayquaza is aimed at older collectors: the listing recommends ages 15+. It specifies a PVC figure around 111 mm high by 122 mm wide, or around 161 mm high with its cloud-shaped base. Bandai lists a re-order at ¥6,050 including tax and shipment scheduled for March 2027. Treat that as the current listing information, not an indication that the figure is available for immediate delivery; verify the order window and shipment timing.

For a figure bundled with Pokémon TCG items: Mega Rayquaza Collection
The Pokémon TCG Mega Rayquaza Collection is a historical option rather than a confirmed current purchase. Pokémon’s product gallery dates its launch to June 17, 2015, and lists a sculpted Mega Rayquaza figure, four booster packs, a foil promo card and an online code card. The gallery does not establish present-day stock, so any offer should be checked with the seller rather than assumed to be a current retail release.

- Want a ready-made toy? Moncolle is the sourced option with movable arms and a stated 4+ age recommendation.
- Want a big build and display project? LEGO is substantially larger, but requires assembling 1,083 pieces and should be treated as a buildable model.
- Want a collector-oriented scale piece? Bandai’s figure has specific dimensions and a 15+ recommendation, but its listed shipment is in March 2027.
- Want Mega Rayquaza plus TCG items? The 2015 collection included both, though current stock is not established.
These are different kinds of products, not direct substitutes: a compact ready-made toy, a large buildable display model, a scale collectible on a future shipment schedule, and a historical trading-card bundle. Compare the format and timing as carefully as the character design.
