Check the Steam Deck label before buying
- Open the game’s Steam store page.
- Find the Steam Deck compatibility information on that page and read the label shown for that specific game.
- Make your decision using the current label rather than assuming that a roguelike deck-builder category or a similar game’s status applies to it.
Compatibility labels can be more useful to a Deck buyer than genre placement alone: the latter helps with discovery, while the store page’s specific status is the relevant check for an individual title.
