There is no current controlled Multiplayer comparison in the available sources establishing one objectively best setup for every map or player. Use the listed build as a baseline, then judge changes in your own matches rather than assuming a measured advantage.

These are practical tuning goals, not performance results established by the cited recommendations.
Why Warzone builds are not substitutes for this Multiplayer setup
Warzone guides recommend different attachment combinations, and their mode-specific choices do not establish the best MW3 Multiplayer build.

Do not carry Warzone-only performance figures over to Multiplayer. For example, CODMunity’s 646 ms close-range time-to-kill figure belongs to its Warzone build, not a Multiplayer test.
Unlocking the Superi 46
Activision introduced the Superi 46 as an SMG in MW3 Season 4 and originally placed it in Battle Pass Sector 6. That establishes its launch route, but not the current unlock path for an account that missed the pass. What is known about balance changes
Activision’s Season 6 patch notes are a historical official source, but the available information does not establish a Superi 46-specific adjustment. Do not infer a buff or nerf from the patch notes without verifying an entry that explicitly names the weapon. Activision’s Season 6 patch notes
