For one meditation video, use YouTube’s built-in Loop/Repeat control; you do not need a paid streaming service just to repeat playback. On a computer, right-click the video and select Loop. In the YouTube mobile app, open Settings → Additional settings → Loop video. On a TV or console, use the player’s Repeat control and select the option that repeats the current video.

Choose based on the device you will use, whether ads are a concern, whether you need playback with the screen off, whether you want to repeat a whole video, playlist, or selected section, and what is available in your location.
Turn on repeat on your device
Computer
- Open the video on YouTube.
- Right-click inside the video player.
- Select Loop. The current video will repeat.
Phone or tablet
- Open the video in the YouTube app.
- Open Settings in the player.
- Choose Additional settings, then Loop video.
TV or gaming console
- Start the video.
- Press down on the remote or controller to show the player controls.
- Select Repeat until the control indicates that the currently playing video will repeat. On some devices, the control may instead be in the video’s Settings menu.
Repeating a playlist
YouTube also supports repeating a playlist. If you want several meditation tracks rather than one video, use a playlist and enable its repeat control. The location and label of the control can differ across device types.
Keep playback going through the day
Repeat mode only tells YouTube to replay the video; it does not ensure an uninterrupted all-day session. YouTube’s repeat instructions do not guarantee a particular session length on every device. For a longer session, check these practical points:

- Keep the device connected to reliable power and Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Check the device’s sleep timer, screen saver, and power-saving settings so they do not stop playback.
- On a phone or tablet, check that app restrictions are not suspending YouTube when it is in the background.
- If you are casting, confirm the receiving device remains connected and that playback has not stopped there.
- Confirm Loop/Repeat is still enabled if you return to the video after an interruption.
Do you need Premium to loop a meditation video?
No. YouTube’s built-in repeat control handles looping without a membership. Premium may make sense if you also value its ad-free playback or mobile background play, subject to device and location availability. Premium Lite features and eligibility vary by market and rollout, so check the current offer for your account before choosing it.
