Where to find Bio-Bulkhead
You encounter Bio-Bulkhead in the Synthetic Nave, in Dissected Plateau, Fadefields, during “One Fell Swoop.” The mission route leads to the arena after a Locust Sample dispenser section; bring the samples you collect into the encounter. How to beat Bio-Bulkhead
Break its immunity with a Locust Sample
Bio-Bulkhead begins the encounter immune and returns to immunity at the start of each health segment. Ordinary weapon damage will not get through during those periods. From within the arena, throw a Locust Sample at the boss to disable its immunity temporarily and create a damage window.
Use corrosive or cryo against its exposed armor
During the damage window, prioritize corrosive or cryo weapons. Game8 describes shock, radiation, and incendiary damage as much less effective against the exposed armor; kinetic weapons are a fallback if you do not have a suitable corrosive option. See Game8’s element recommendations.

Jump over the ground shockwave
Stay mobile and jump as the ground shockwave reaches you. Use the time between attacks to reposition, then focus damage during each opening created by a Locust Sample.
Can you fight Bio-Bulkhead again?
After completing the mission, Game8 says you can replay the encounter by spending cash at Moxxi’s Big Encore Machine near the arena. The guide does not state a cost, so check the machine in-game for the current amount. Game8’s boss guide covers the repeat encounter.

Game8 lists three legendary drops for the boss:
