Where is Blix?
Blix is the target of the House Celeste faction quest Bounty Notice – Blix. Find the bounty notice on a signpost or quest board around Hernand, then open Journal > Faction Quests > House Celeste and track it. The quest marker points southeast of Hernand.

Guides place Blix in a crevice at the base of Unicorn Cliff, west of Goldleaf Guildhouse. Look in the lower cleft rather than searching only the high ground; the area is also described in relation to Nas River Fishing Dock. Use the tracked marker to narrow down the ravine, since those landmark descriptions do not establish an exact map coordinate. PowerPyx’s Blix location guide, Gamer Guides’ bounty walkthrough, and PC Gamer’s bounty guide describe the location.
When does Blix spawn?
Third-party walkthroughs report a daytime appearance, but not one verified schedule. PowerPyx gives a window of 6 AM–1 PM; Gamer Guides reports seeing him around 8 AM and suggests arriving around 7 AM. Treat these as player observations, not a guaranteed in-game timetable. If the group is absent, try again during the morning, move away from the spawn area, and approach it again. The reported timing difference is noted by PowerPyx and Gamer Guides.

How do I capture Blix alive?
Identify Blix and manage his companions
PowerPyx identifies Blix as the unclothed green goblin among the group. Keep him alive while dealing with any hostile companions. Shacknews recommends focusing on the well-dressed henchmen rather than attacking Blix: Shacknews’ Blix bounty walkthrough.
Tackle and tie him up
- Crouch near Blix and wait for the tackle prompt to appear.
- Use the control shown on screen to tackle him.
- Hit him twice, then select Tie Up. Avoid additional hits, which may kill him.
The prompt and control inputs can vary with platform or control remapping, so follow the displayed instruction. PowerPyx describes this capture sequence in its Blix guide.

Take him to the Hernand jail
Once tied, put Blix on your horse and ride to the Hernand jail. Tracking the quest marks the jail; Video Games Chronicle also describes returning a captured bounty to Hernand guards: VGC’s Blix guide.

PowerPyx reports a reward of 15 silver for capturing Blix alive and half the bounty amount if you kill him. The guide does not establish that these figures vary by edition or platform. PowerPyx’s guide lists the payout difference.
