The Butterfinger ECHO-4 Drone Skin was originally offered as a prize in a Butterfinger instant-win promotion that ended on October 2, 2025. That entry window is closed. A GameStop listing for the Borderlands 4 Coffee Collector’s Box also says it includes a SHiFT code for the skin, but current stock and code availability are not established. If you already have a valid code or claimed reward, redeem it in-game through Inventory > Equipment > Reward Center, then equip the cosmetic from Customization.
Is the Butterfinger ECHO-4 skin still available?
The original “Game Better with Butterfinger” instant-win promotion ran from September 15 through October 2, 2025, according to Ferrero’s official promotion rules. Its entry period has ended, so there is no current entry route through that promotion.

The rules describe a chance-based promotion, not a giveaway in which every visitor received a code. They listed 120,000 prizes across five game periods, approximately 24,000 per period. Each prize was a digital code for the Butterfinger ECHO-4 Drone Skin, an in-game cosmetic with no monetary value or use outside Borderlands 4.
What ways to get the skin are documented?

Check the live listing and code terms before buying. GameStop product listing |
The collector’s box is a separate, retailer-described route—not an extension of the expired promotion. The listing alone does not establish that the product is currently in stock, that every box still includes an unused code, or that the offer applies in every region. It also does not confirm Amazon availability.

How to redeem a code or claim the reward in Borderlands 4
- Launch Borderlands 4 on the platform account linked to the SHiFT account associated with your code or reward.
- Open Inventory, select Equipment, and go to Reward Center to claim available rewards.
- Open the character’s Customization tab and equip the cosmetic.
These are the claim and equip steps documented by Borderlands Support. The support FAQ says code- and Twitch-redeemed items are tied to the SHiFT account; unlinking a platform account can remove access to that content. If an item does not appear, first check that you are using the associated SHiFT account and platform link.

- Confirm the current product page says the Butterfinger ECHO-4 Drone Skin code is included; do not rely on an old listing or search result alone.
- Check whether the code is unused, its stated expiration date, and any region or redemption restrictions in the live product and code terms.
- Make sure you can access the SHiFT account linked to the platform where you play Borderlands 4.
The GameStop listing describes a bundle with cold brew coffee, a shaker cup and sleeve, and a Butterfinger coupon as well as the in-game code. These are retailer-stated package details, not confirmation of current availability.
