The currently verified Legendary entries supported by accessible official sources are Urchin (Grenade) and Jett-Setter (Heavy Weapon), both tied to the Bloomreaper loot pool. This is not a complete roster: available sources do not establish every Legendary Ordnance, its effect, or its farm location, so unverified names and drops are excluded.
How the Ordnance slot works
Grenades and Heavy Weapons occupy the same Ordnance slot rather than separate equipment slots. As 2K explains in its April 30, 2025 gameplay deep dive, Ordnance recharges on a cooldown. A Heavy Weapon therefore is not an ordinary equipped gun with a conventional ammunition pool; choosing one means using the shared Ordnance option instead of a grenade.

Confirmed Legendary Ordnances and how to get them
The table includes only entries whose rarity, category, and source are established by the cited official update notes. Those notes do not give a full item-effect description or a precise encounter location for either item.

Bloomreaper’s loot and the UVHM timing caveat are documented in the official December 11, 2025 major update notes (published December 8, 2025; page updated July 2, 2026). Treat the fast-UVHM condition as applying to most of the boss’s new loot, not as a confirmed requirement for every named drop.

Countermeasure
Countermeasure is identified as a Torgue Grenade available as rerollable Vault Card gear in the February 26, 2026 update notes (published February 25, 2026; page updated March 9, 2026). Those notes do not establish its rarity, so it cannot be included in a Legendary-only list on this evidence.
Pearlescent gear
Pearlescent is a separate rarity, not another name for Legendary. The same February notes say Pearlescent gear can be acquired through the Ordonite Processor activity or the Ordonite-corrupted boss fight associated with Bounty Pack 2. These are acquisition routes for Pearlescents and do not add items to a Legendary roster.

Patch notes that affect grenade behavior
Item behavior can change with updates. In its Version 1.6 notes for April 30, 2026 (published April 29, 2026; page updated July 2, 2026), Gearbox says that Fire, Shock, and other effects from the Jakobs Grenade Ordnance Bismuth-Tipped Daggers now continue damaging enemies while the daggers are stuck in them. The notes also say prefixes were restored for the Tediore Grenade Faulty Detonator. These are patch-behavior updates; the cited notes do not establish either item’s rarity or acquisition source, so neither is presented here as a verified Legendary entry.

Some list pages surfaced names of possible Heavy Weapon Ordnances, but their full contents could not be verified against current accessible sources. A name alone does not establish an item’s rarity, current effect, or drop location. For that reason, this guide does not reproduce an unverified roster or invent a farm table. Check the game’s current item and loot information after major patches or new downloadable content, and use the official update notes linked above when a listed item’s behavior or availability matters.
