From the safehouse, head toward the coast near Rattlehead Crest and search the large wooden building; the machine is on the second floor beside the stairs. How to reach the machine
- Fast-travel to Someday Rise Safehouse.
- Travel toward the coast near Rattlehead Crest.
- Look for the large wooden building at the water’s edge and go to the second floor. The machine is beside the stairs.
There is a second landmark description: Shacknews places the machine roughly 800 meters southwest of Someday Rise, in a dilapidated house on a hill near an orange-leafed tree. The guides agree on the subregion and safehouse reference, but describe the immediate surroundings differently.

The requested Oct. 2–9 window is from 2025. An official 2K/Gearbox weekly-activities listing is indexed for Oct. 1–8, 2026, so the 2025 route should not be treated as the live location for that later week. The exact Maurice’s Black Market location for October 2026 is not established here.

Access and missing-machine checks
All Things How reports that access requires completing the main story, unlocking Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, and completing the “Ultimate Vault Hunter: Maurice’s Bounty” quest. It also advises getting close to the location before concluding the machine is missing; if it still does not appear, update the game or reload the area.
