Primordial Guardian Origo is the Terminus Range Vault boss inside the Arch of Origo, between The Low Leys and Cuspid Climb. To reach it, collect three Terminus Range Vault Key Fragments, then head north from Heritage Opus Safehouse, cross into The Low Leys, and look left for the ledge and cave behind a shrine. Third-party guides report several legendary weapons, a shield, and class mods as Origo drops, but neither those guides nor Gearbox’s March 2026 notes publish an Origo-specific drop rate.
Where is Origo?
Origo is at the end of the Arch of Origo Vault in Terminus Range, on the border between The Low Leys and Cuspid Climb. The route described by the guides starts at Heritage Opus Safehouse:

- Take the main road north from Heritage Opus Safehouse.
- Cross the bridge into The Low Leys.
- Look left across the ravine for a ledge and a cave behind a shrine. Follow the cave route through three combat arenas to reach Origo’s platform.
How to unlock the Arch of Origo
You need three Terminus Range Vault Key Fragments to open the Vault. The guides place them in these locations:
Vestal Garrison, in Windspear
Enter the facility and turn left into the control or command room. The fragment is below a large screen.

The Low Leys, near The Pit
Look for a curved tree near the cliff, then climb or grapple to the ledge holding the fragment.
Cuspid Climb, near the Reliquary Silo
Reach the Reliquary Silo area and use the balloon lift to access an outcrop. Enter the nearby cave and climb to the fragment. One guide says Logan guards the cave; the other does not mention him.

PC Gamer and All Things How both say completing the Vault rewards a Glide Pack upgrade that reduces dash and glide costs by 50%.

Two third-party guides published in 2025 report the following Origo loot. These are guide-reported drops, not an official Gearbox loot table.

The guides agree on the other listed items, but their Bottled Lightning classifications conflict and they differ on the Amon class mod’s spelling. Check the item card in your current game for those details.
How to beat Origo
The guides describe Origo as using Cryo and Fire attacks and having shield bars. Their recommended approach is to bring Shock damage for the shields, aim at the crystals on its head or back, and carry a mid- to long-range weapon for periods when the boss is airborne.

- Jump when Origo changes forms and sends out an elemental shockwave.
- Dash laterally to avoid its beam and the trails it lays across the ground.
- Jump over its slam.
- When ice or fire hazards cover the arena floor, grapple to an open floor vent and stay airborne until the hazard fades.
How to farm Origo
All Things How reports that, after the first clear, Moxxi’s Big Encore Machine near the boss arena entrance can restart the fight. It estimates the cost at around 40,000 cash at level 50. That is a third-party estimate from 2025, not an official price, and it may vary with level or game version. The guide recommends selling surplus loot between attempts.
Gearbox’s March 5, 2026 update notes state: “Bosses in the base game (including Invincibles) and all Bounty Packs now use the same drop rate for their dedicated items.” The update establishes a system-wide standard for dedicated loot rewards, but does not publish a numeric rate for Origo or confirm the item list above. No Origo-specific drop chance is established by the cited sources.

Past Origo event
Gearbox’s December 2025 notes included Origo in a temporary Weekly Big Encore Boss “Triple Threat” activity alongside Inceptus and Radix, with a limited-time seasonal loot-rate event. That dated event has passed and should not be treated as an active farming bonus.
