Gearbox’s January 29, 2026 patch notes state that Ohm I Got “will no longer consume Energy Shield when Overshield is active.” This is a dated mechanics change, not a guarantee that the behavior has remained unchanged in every later update: official Borderlands Support patch notes.
On April 30, 2026, Gearbox also reported restoring missing prefixes to Ohm I Got so players could identify its special parts more easily. That update concerns weapon prefixes; it does not establish a change to the boss location or drop odds: April 30 patch notes.

Is it a current weekly reward?
Gearbox listed Ohm I Got as the Legendary Gear Reward for The Council Divided Weekly Wildcard Mission on October 16, 2025. That dated notice is historical; weekly rewards rotate, so it does not show that Ohm I Got is the current reward.
