How to get Wild Offerings
Wild Offerings come from Delirious Ancient encounters tied to The Wild Gods quest. The encounters are found in Zul’Farrak, Maraudon and Blackrock Depths; you use Agamaggan’s Roar near the ghostly enemy to activate the encounter. Dungeon prerequisites and the Ancient’s location differ by instance, so check the quest steps for the dungeon you plan to run.

You do not have to complete all three dungeons to collect Offerings, and the same dungeon can be repeated, according to PC Gamer’s Wild Offering guide. That establishes repeat runs as an option, not a fastest farming route; the sources here do not compare current clear times or routes.
Is Breadth of the Beast worth 12 Wild Offerings?
There is no universal answer: the value depends on your class, specialization, gear and the trinkets you could equip instead. Consider whether the hit and critical strike stats address a need for your character at its current gear level, and whether another item from the Emissary would be more useful. The available item details do not establish a current cross-class ranking or a best-in-slot verdict.
