Brookhaven RP’s official pages currently feature a Military Base House and a Villa Free House; the official site ties the Villa to an October 2, 2026 update. Those are the clearest current additions, but the official sources do not publish a complete house catalog or a definitive total. For the selection available to you now, check the in-game house menu.
Which houses are currently featured?
Brookhaven is a Roblox role-play experience where houses are part of the setting for living and role-play. The official Roblox listing names the Military Base House and Villa Free House among its latest update items. Brookhaven’s official website says its October 2, 2026 update includes a Military Update and a new Villa House. The listing and update page establish these as featured additions, not as a complete list of every selectable home.
Check the game’s house menu for the current selection and access labels. House catalogs can change with updates, and a public roster may not reflect the latest in-game availability.
What house types appear in public showcases?
A community-maintained house showcase illustrates the range of styles and themes players may encounter. Treat these as examples from that showcase, not a guaranteed current in-game roster.

Estate and role-play settings
The same showcase includes contemporary and Scandinavian mansions, tropical resort and glass estates, and themed properties such as a prison, hotel, military base, park, fashion studio, stadium, wolf den, cherry blossom estate, and rose gold estate. Larger or themed properties may be useful as backdrops for particular role-play scenarios, but their presence in a community showcase does not confirm that each is currently selectable.
Which houses are free, and what access labels mean
The official Roblox listing currently labels the Villa as a free house. The community showcase uses categories including no special requirement and Premium, and lists a House & Motorcycle bundle requirement for one home. These labels are not a complete or necessarily current statement of access: check the in-game menu before choosing a house. The available sources do not establish current prices, whether a label is permanent, or the exact purchase or access process.

- Start with access: Look for the current in-game label, such as free or an access requirement, rather than relying on an older public roster.
- Match the layout to your play: Compact homes, trailers, farms, and larger estates serve different role-play setups.
- Consider the scenario: A hotel, prison, park, stadium, or military-themed property may suit a specific story if it is available in your current selection.
- Use sources according to their strength: Official Roblox and Brookhaven update pages are the best indicators of recently featured additions; community showcases help reveal the variety of designs.
Is there a complete list of Brookhaven houses?
A definitive current roster and total are not established by the official pages cited here.
