The final reward required Level 30. The beta ended on October 9, 2025, so these beta milestones can no longer be earned. Activision said the listed rewards would also be available in Black Ops 7 at launch; that statement does not mean beta levels or all beta inventory carried over.

Activision Support’s reward list spells the Level 27 Calling Card “Beta Conquerer” and calls the Level 11 item a “Large Decal.”
How the beta rewards were unlocked
Players earned the listed items by reaching their corresponding Player Level in the beta. Each reward could be equipped as soon as it unlocked. Reaching Level 30 was necessary for Beta Legend, the M15 MOD 0 Weapon Blueprint; the two Level 20 Operator Skins shared the same milestone, but Beta Leader was specifically marked pre-order exclusive by Activision.

Did beta rewards carry over to Black Ops 7?
Activision Support said the rewards unlocked in the beta would also be available to use in Black Ops 7 at launch. Xbox Wire likewise reported that the rewards transferred to the game’s inventory at launch. This refers to the listed milestone rewards, not beta Player Level, ordinary weapon-unlock progress, or every item a player had in the beta.
When did the Black Ops 7 beta end?
The beta was extended beyond its originally announced October 8, 2025 end date. The official beta patch notes announced an extension to 9:00 a.m. PT on October 9, 2025, and the October 8 update said less than 24 hours remained. The beta is now over, so there is no current opportunity to level up in it for these rewards.
