Call of Duty’s Fallout crossover is confirmed, not an upcoming leak: the limited-time event launched January 8, 2026, in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and Call of Duty: Warzone. It brought Fallout-themed experiences to Endgame, Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone, alongside event rewards and a store bundle.
When did the Fallout crossover launch?
Bethesda announced the collaboration on January 8, 2026, describing limited-time themed content for Black Ops 7 and Warzone. Call of Duty’s update announcement the day before said Season 01 Reloaded would launch January 8 at 9 AM PT across platforms. Bethesda’s announcement and Call of Duty’s Season 01 Reloaded overview establish the crossover as a past event, rather than a newly announced one.
What was in the Call of Duty Fallout event?
The content varied by game mode: some experiences adapted Fallout themes to familiar Call of Duty formats, while others introduced limited-time events and modes.
Black Ops 7 Endgame: Deathclaw Hunt
Endgame featured Deathclaw Hunt, a limited-time world event set in an irradiated, Fallout-inspired area.

The collaboration also included the Fallout Event Pass, Quantum Exchange rewards, and a Tracer Pack: Fallout bundle. Bethesda’s listing describes Lucy operator skins and weapon blueprints in the bundle; it does not establish current availability or price.

Was the crossover actually leaked?
The official announcements confirm the collaboration, but they do not identify a leaker or verify when, where, or whether specific details surfaced before the announcement. So “leaked” is not established by Bethesda’s or Call of Duty’s official posts; it should be treated as headline wording unless a separate leak report supports it.

What was the Fallout 76 helmet promotion?
Bethesda also offered a separate promotion for Fallout 76: players who completed one Black Ops 7 or Warzone match from January 12 through February 4, 2026, could unlock a Centurion Recruit Helmet in Fallout 76. The account had to be opted in to Call of Duty marketing emails to receive a code, and Bethesda said delivery could take several days. That eligibility window has passed.
