R0-Z3, a modern take on the controversial Roze Operator skin, was included in the BlackCell offering for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 03 in April 2025. Insider Gaming reported that the pass cost $30. That was a historical seasonal offer—not confirmation that R0-Z3 is available to buy now.
What is R0-Z3?
R0-Z3 is a modern recreation of the Roze Operator look. Call of Duty’s April 2, 2025 announcement placed the skin in the Season 03 BlackCell content for Black Ops 6 and Warzone, alongside other Operator skins and weapon blueprints. The official announcement describes R0-Z3 as leading the BlackCell content; it does not characterize the skin as a gameplay upgrade.

Why was the Roze skin controversial?
The original Roze look was criticized by players for being difficult to see in dark areas of maps. That visibility complaint fueled debate over whether the skin could provide an unfair, pay-to-win advantage. Insider Gaming reports the community criticism, but the available sources do not quantify any competitive advantage or establish that R0-Z3 itself had the same effect.

How much did the R0-Z3 offer cost?
Insider Gaming reported on March 27, 2025 that Season 03 BlackCell cost $30 and was the only way to get R0-Z3 during that seasonal offer. The official Call of Duty announcement confirms that R0-Z3 was part of BlackCell, but does not state a dollar price. The $30 figure should therefore be understood as Insider Gaming’s reported price for the 2025 offer, not as a current price.
BlackCell bundled the skin with season-related rewards rather than offering R0-Z3 as a standalone purchase in the reported offer. Insider Gaming also cited 1,100 COD Points, a 10% XP boost, exclusive weapon blueprints and additional Operator skins. Call of Duty’s official post confirms the COD Points and other rewards, including tier skips, but does not list the $30 price.

When did the offer run?
Call of Duty scheduled Black Ops 6 Season 03 to launch on April 2, 2025, with Warzone content following on April 3. The R0-Z3 announcement is specifically for that Black Ops 6-era season; it should not be confused with Black Ops 7 Season 03, announced in 2026, which features a different BlackCell Operator.

Can you still get R0-Z3?
The sources available here do not establish whether R0-Z3 has returned to a store or rotation since the Season 03 BlackCell offer. The 2025 announcement confirms its place in that season’s pass, not present-day availability in October 2026. Do not assume that purchasing BlackCell now—or buying a regular cosmetic bundle—will unlock this specific skin without confirmation from the current in-game offer or an official Call of Duty announcement.
