No. Under the ordinary 2014 and 2024 Dungeons & Dragons rules, Extra Attack applies when you take the Attack action, while Eldritch Blast is cast using its own spellcasting action. Its multiple beams do not count as attacks granted by Extra Attack.
Why Extra Attack does not add Eldritch Blast beams
Extra Attack is tied to taking the Attack action. Eldritch Blast is a spell you cast, not an attack made as part of that action. Because the action is different, you cannot use Extra Attack to cast Eldritch Blast or gain additional beams from it.
The number of beams Eldritch Blast produces does not change how it is cast. Multiple attacks or attack rolls within an effect do not, by themselves, make that effect the Attack action.
How the 2014 and 2024 rules handle it
2014 rules
Extra Attack lets you make more attacks when you take the Attack action. The multiclassing rules also say that Extra Attack features from different classes do not add together, and specifically clarify that Thirsting Blade does not grant additional attacks if you already have Extra Attack. Eldritch Blast remains a spell, not an Attack action attack.

2024 rules
The 2024 Basic Rules retain the distinction between the Attack action and casting a spell. They also state that Extra Attack features do not stack and that Thirsting Blade does not give you additional attacks if you already have Extra Attack. Thirsting Blade grants Extra Attack for your pact weapon only; the separate Devouring Blade invocation changes the number of attacks made with that weapon. Neither invocation makes Eldritch Blast an option within the Attack action.
What Thirsting Blade does—and does not do
Thirsting Blade is about attacking with your pact weapon. In the 2024 rules, its text says, “You gain the Extra Attack feature for your pact weapon only.” It does not apply to Eldritch Blast, and it does not stack with another Extra Attack feature under the cited rules.

When a special feature could change the answer
A feature might explicitly let you cast a spell in place of an attack or cast it as part of a special action. That could create an exception, but it depends on the exact feature wording and the rules version your table uses. Extra Attack by itself does not grant that permission. Check the specific feature rather than assuming that any spell attack can replace an attack from the Attack action.
