In LiveReacting, add a Video Playlist layer to your project and enable Play in loop. After the playlist’s last video ends, playback starts again with the first video. This repeats the playlist in the project streamed to YouTube; it is not the same as putting a finished livestream replay in a YouTube channel playlist.
How to make a LiveReacting playlist repeat
- Open your LiveReacting project.
- Select New Layer → Video → Video Playlist.
- Upload the video files you want to play, then select them for the playlist and arrange them in the desired order.
- In the playlist controls, enable Play in loop.
- Stream the project to YouTube. With looping enabled, the playlist returns to its first video after the final one; with looping disabled, playback stops at the end.
LiveReacting documents this behavior for its Video Playlist component and playlist workflow (LiveReacting Help; LiveReacting playlist guide). The playlist is populated with video files in the LiveReacting project. A YouTube playlist URL does not, by itself, turn its videos into a continuous livestream.
Playlist looping versus a YouTube channel playlist
These are two different functions. The LiveReacting loop controls what plays during the livestream: it cycles through the selected videos in the project. A YouTube channel playlist organizes videos or a completed livestream replay for viewers; adding a replay there does not make the live broadcast repeat.
What to check before relying on a continuous stream
Continuous operation may require a specific plan
LiveReacting’s 24/7 streaming guide says continuous operation requires its 24/7 Streaming plan. Plan names and terms can change, so verify the current requirements with LiveReacting before subscribing or scheduling an extended stream (LiveReacting 24/7 streaming guide).

- Compact & Travel-Friendly: The ultra-compact design allows the adapter to stay plugged into your device without blocking adjacent ports or adding bulk, reducing wear and tear on your original USB ports.
- 12-Month Warranty: Backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty for peace of mind. Designed to meet strict quality control standards for reliable everyday performance.
Long streams may not produce a complete YouTube archive
YouTube’s current guidance says streams under 12 hours can be automatically archived, while streams longer than 12 hours may not be captured at all. If you need a lasting replay, keep a local backup rather than relying on the YouTube archive alone. Check YouTube’s live-stream archiving guidance for current details.
Looping does not establish monetization eligibility
A playlist that technically repeats is not automatically eligible for monetization. YouTube evaluates whether monetized content is original and authentic; repetitive or mass-produced material may be ineligible. Its policy update note dated July 15, 2025 reiterates that such content has been ineligible under existing policies. Review the current YouTube channel monetization policies for your channel and content.
