Paul Chua won the VGC Masters division at the 2026 EUIC, held in London from February 13 to 15. The official event results list his record as 15-2-0. The event results and Pokémon’s champion profile establish his win; the official team list documents the Incineroar he used.
Chua’s listed Incineroar had an Impish nature, the Intimidate Ability, a Sitrus Berry, and these four moves:

Chua described the tournament as “probably still the largest-ever tournament for VGC.” That is his assessment in Pokémon’s interview, rather than a separately confirmed attendance statistic.

Does that mean you can claim it in Scarlet and Violet?
No official source identified here confirms a Scarlet and Violet distribution of Chua’s EUIC Incineroar. The published team list shows what he used in competition; it is not a distribution announcement, and it gives no redemption code, claim instructions, or distribution dates. The available official record therefore does not establish that players can obtain that Pokémon in Scarlet and Violet. It also does not prove that no distribution ever existed.
A real Scarlet and Violet champion-Pokémon promotion announced around EUIC concerned a different player and Pokémon: Yuma Kinugawa’s Hisuian Typhlosion, tied to his 2026 Latin America International Championships win. That announcement does not connect Chua’s Incineroar to a Scarlet and Violet giveaway.

The 2026 World Championships promotion did offer an Incineroar, but it was a reward for Pokémon Champions—not evidence of a Scarlet and Violet distribution or a copy of Chua’s EUIC team Pokémon.

The Pokémon competition transition announcement said Premier Events would begin using Pokémon Champions in April and May 2026, while Scarlet and Violet remained the platform under Regulation I. That timing distinguishes Chua’s February EUIC from later Champions events; it does not turn the Worlds reward into a Scarlet and Violet distribution. What to check before looking for a claim code
To verify a claim that Chua’s Incineroar is available in Scarlet and Violet, look for an official Pokémon announcement that identifies the game, provides redemption steps and dates, and describes the distributed Pokémon. A team list or a reward announcement for another game cannot confirm those details. The Worlds code’s stated deadline has passed, so it is not a current route to claim that separate Champions reward.
