No: documented vanilla Minecraft wandering-trader offers do not include bamboo. A customized world may differ if its trade table has been changed.
What vanilla wandering traders can sell
Mojang’s Java Edition snapshot 25w07a announced a trader rebalance with better prices, more trades and more stock. Its list of new possible sales includes logs, an enchanted iron pickaxe and a potion of invisibility—but not bamboo. The announcement’s new-sale list is available in Mojang’s 25w07a notes.
The Java trade changes later became normal gameplay in version 1.21.5. The recorded Bedrock history marks the changes as normal gameplay in version 1.21.70; bamboo is not listed among the recorded additions. Since Microsoft’s current Bedrock documentation describes how trade tables work rather than reproducing the entire default offer list, the careful answer across editions is that documented vanilla offers do not include bamboo.
When the answer can be different
Customizations can change trader offers. Microsoft documents the vanilla Bedrock table at trading/economy_trades/wandering_trader_trades.json and explains that creators can override it using behavior packs: Bedrock trade-table documentation. If you are playing a modded or custom world, its offers may not match vanilla.
