No. Froakie is not available in Pokémon Sword, so you cannot catch it there or transfer it into the game from Pokémon HOME. You can keep or trade Froakie through HOME, but that does not make it usable in Sword.
Why Pokémon HOME cannot move Froakie into Sword
Pokémon HOME can store Pokémon and support trading, but storage and trading are different from transferring a Pokémon into a linked game. Nintendo’s rule is that “Pokémon can only be moved to games that they appear in.” Froakie is listed as unavailable in Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, so HOME cannot send it to either game.

Having Pokémon Sword linked to HOME does not make every Pokémon in your collection compatible. Compatibility is checked for the individual Pokémon and the destination game.
How to check whether another Pokémon can go to Sword
-
In Pokémon HOME, open the Pokémon’s details and check its compatible games. If Pokémon Sword is not listed, that Pokémon cannot be moved into Sword.
