Yes. Pokémon GO does not impose a one-Lucky-outcome-per-day rule: a trade with a Lucky Friend guarantees a Lucky result, and other trades can become Lucky at random. That is separate from the daily limits on Special Trades and Remote Trades.
How can you get more than one Lucky Trade in a day?
Lucky is an outcome, not a daily trade category with a single shared allowance. You can have more than one Lucky outcome in a day if separate trades qualify: for example, a guaranteed trade with a Lucky Friend and another trade that becomes Lucky at random.

Trade with a Lucky Friend
Once two Trainers are Best Friends, later friendship interactions have a small chance to make them Lucky Friends. Niantic says the next time that pair trades, both Pokémon become Lucky; the Lucky Friend status then clears. It applies to that pair’s next trade, not to every trade either Trainer makes that day. Niantic’s Lucky Friends help page describes the guarantee.
Niantic also offers the Lucky Trinket, a one-time-use in-game item that can make the user and a selected friend Lucky even if they are not Best Friends, as long as they are at least Great Friends. The item remains in the Item Bag for a limited time. See Niantic’s Lucky Trinket details.

Random Lucky outcomes
Trades outside Lucky Friend status can still turn Lucky at random. Niantic says Pokémon held for longer have a greater chance, but its help page does not publish a numeric probability. There is therefore no official percentage to use for predicting how many random Lucky Pokémon you will get in a day. Niantic’s Lucky Pokémon page explains the mechanic.
Does the Special Trade limit cap Lucky Trades?
No. A Special Trade is defined by the Pokémon being traded, not by whether the result is Lucky. Niantic identifies categories such as unregistered Pokémon, Legendary Pokémon, Shiny Pokémon, Ultra Beasts, unregistered forms, and Pokémon with certain unique features as Special Trades. They cost more Stardust and are limited per day, but the current English help page does not state a numeric daily count. Check Niantic’s Trading Pokémon rules for the current wording.

A trade becoming Lucky does not, by itself, make it a Special Trade. Conversely, a Special Trade can also produce a Lucky result if the applicable Lucky mechanic does so. Event bonuses can change Special Trade limits, so do not treat a particular count as universal.
What about Remote Trades?
Remote Trades have a separate limit: Niantic’s current Remote Trading page says a Trainer can complete one Remote Trade per day. It also says Remote Trades do not count as Special Trades, and that a Lucky Friend’s next completed Remote Trade can still become Lucky.
