Yes. Eivor can have multiple romantic encounters in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, including casual flings while in a longer-term relationship. The game distinguishes those encounters from an ongoing partner, however, so “two lovers” does not necessarily mean two simultaneous committed relationships.
How multiple romances work
Ubisoft describes romance options as having different levels of commitment, ranging from a one-night fling to a long-term relationship. Narrative director Darby McDevitt likewise said the game allows one-night stands and smaller encounters alongside a longer-term partner. He also confirmed that Eivor can choose to be monogamous and keep a single ongoing relationship. GameSpot’s interview with McDevitt, published July 15, 2020, is the source for those developer comments.

That supports having more than one romantic encounter over the course of the game, and a fling while partnered. It does not establish that every pair of characters can be kept as simultaneous long-term partners.
Which characters can Eivor romance?
Ubisoft’s romance overview names Petra, Broder, and Stigr among the romanceable characters and describes Randvi as a longer-term option. Their presence among the romance options does not mean all of them can be maintained as ongoing partners at once. Spoiler note: Randvi’s romance can affect the story
Romancing Randvi can affect Eivor’s relationship with Sigurd: Ubisoft says some clan members may trust Eivor less, and the romance can have a small impact on the story outcome. If you want to avoid that consequence, take it into account before pursuing Randvi. Ubisoft’s overview does not quantify the impact or specify every condition, so it is best not to treat the romance as a guaranteed change to a particular ending.
