Yes—you can buy Hytale now through its official store, but it is no longer a pre-order: the game entered Early Access on January 13, 2026. As of October 8, 2026, the store lists three editions at US$19.99, US$34.99, and US$69.99. Each includes game access; the higher-priced editions add cosmetic collections.

The official store lists these prices and inclusions as of October 8, 2026. Prices are displayed in US dollars, and the store says the Early Access editions are available only during Early Access.

What changes between editions?
All three tiers include game access. The official store presents the higher tiers as adding cosmetic collections, rather than different gameplay access. The official FAQ says Hytale will not add pay-to-win options; the material available does not establish that these edition cosmetics affect gameplay.

Standard: pay for the game, not extra collections
Standard is the lowest-priced option and includes the game plus its listed cape and three sets. It is the straightforward choice if you want access and do not value the additional collections enough to pay more.
Supporter: additional cosmetic sets
Supporter costs US$15 more than Standard at the listed prices. It adds Supporter capes, four named sets, and Explorer Goggles.
Cursebreaker: the largest listed collection
Cursebreaker costs US$50 more than Standard and US$35 more than Supporter at the listed prices. It includes the preceding tiers’ content as well as its exclusive capes and nine named sets.

What buying Hytale in Early Access means
Hytale’s January 13, 2026 launch announcement described the Early Access build as “unpolished and incomplete,” warned that features were missing, and said players should expect bugs. That is important context for deciding whether to buy now: you are paying for an evolving game, not a finished release.
The launch post listed Exploration Mode, Creative Mode, modding support, and multiplayer support as available at launch. It also listed Adventure Mode, official minigames, restored Orbis world generation, and social features as not yet included at that time. Those are launch-era details, not a reliable statement of the live feature set in October 2026; check Hytale’s current official updates for changes since then.

In its November 28, 2025 Early Access announcement, Simon and the Hytale team said: “If you don’t feel comfortable pre-ordering, please don’t.” The line addressed people uncertain about paying for an unfinished Early Access game; it does not mean pre-orders are still open. Hytale announced pre-purchases opening December 13, 2025, before Early Access began the following month.

Before you buy: regional charges, upgrades, and refunds
Check the checkout total in your location
Hytale support says store prices are set in USD. Your payment provider may convert the charge using its own exchange rate or add fees, so the final local-currency amount can differ from the displayed price. The December 2025 FAQ said regional pricing was being worked on, but a current country-by-country price list is not established here. Check the live checkout amount before paying.

Upgrading later
Hytale’s December 2025 FAQ says buyers can upgrade later by paying the difference between their current and new editions. Because store terms can change, confirm the current terms before relying on that option.
How long Early Access will last
Support says there is no set Early Access duration; the plan is to continue until the game feels fully polished and ready for release. No full-release date is established.
Refunds
Support directs purchasers to contact its team with their email and transaction ID and to consult the refund policy and payment-method terms. Refund eligibility can depend on the payment method, so do not assume every purchase is refundable.

- Wait if you are not comfortable playing an unfinished, changing Early Access game or want to see how it develops before paying.
