Yes. On both mobile and console, Aniimo uses the same in-game route: open the main menu, go to Settings → Account → Gift Code Redemption, enter the code exactly as published, and then check Mail for the reward. The route is reported for the current client, although touch and controller prompts can look different.
Aniimo launched on Windows PC, Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5 and Xbox on September 16, 2026. The iOS and Android versions followed on September 23, 2026. Mobile and console players can share progress when they use the same account and server.

Which platforms support Aniimo codes?
Code redemption is available through the Aniimo client rather than a separate web form. That makes the procedure broadly consistent across supported platforms, but the controls used to reach each menu depend on the device.

The official mobile announcement describes the feature as “full cross-progression with PC and Consoles.” It does not publish a separate, platform-by-platform manual for the gift-code screen, so a later client update could rename a button or move an icon without changing the underlying route.

What to check before entering a code
Use the account that owns your character
Launch the game on the phone or console where you want to receive the reward, then sign in to the account that owns the character. If you normally switch between platforms, confirm the account identity before redeeming. A code applied while using a different account will not place the reward on the character you intended.
Select the same server for cross-progression
Account matching alone is not enough for shared progress. Aniimo’s mobile launch information says the same account and server are required for progress, resources and party lineups to sync between mobile, PC and consoles. If a phone appears to have an empty or older profile after a console session, check the server selection before trying the code again.
Make sure the Mail feature is available
Codes are delivered through the in-game Mail system. If you cannot find Mail, continue the opening story until the Chasing The Clouds quest has been completed or reached; PC Gamer identifies that progression point as when the Mail menu becomes available. Redeeming before Mail is unlocked can leave you with nowhere visible to claim the item immediately.

Confirm that the code is current
Code strings, expiration dates and usage limits can change quickly. Check the announcement that issued the code or the current client before relying on a code list. A code may be time-limited, restricted to one use per account or already retired even if the characters are typed correctly.
How to redeem an Aniimo code on mobile
- Open Aniimo. Start the iOS or Android app and sign in to the account and server where the reward belongs.
- Open the main in-game menu. On a phone this is the phone or pause menu used to reach system options. The icon and its location can vary with the current touch layout.
- Choose Settings. Select the settings entry from the main menu.
- Open Account. The account submenu contains the redemption control.
- Select Gift Code Redemption. This is the in-game field for promotional codes.
- Enter the code exactly. Preserve capitalization, numbers and punctuation. Do not add a space before or after the string. Typing is safer than relying on a copied code that may include an invisible trailing space, but pasting is fine when you check the result character by character.
- Finish the redemption prompt. Use the on-screen confirmation control, then leave Settings.
- Open Mail. Go to the in-game Mail menu and claim the message containing the reward. The item is sent there rather than being placed directly into your inventory at the moment you submit the code.
Touch controls can make the menu feel different from screenshots made on PC or console, but the labels to look for are still Settings, Account and Gift Code Redemption. If one of those labels is missing, update the client and check that you are not in a limited tutorial screen.
How to redeem an Aniimo code on PS5 or Xbox
- Launch the console version. Open Aniimo on PS5 or Xbox and select the account and server containing your character.
- Open the pause or phone menu. Use the controller button assigned to the main in-game menu. The exact prompt can differ between PlayStation and Xbox layouts and may change after an interface update.
- Navigate to Settings. Move through the menu with the controller and open the Settings entry.
- Open Account, then Gift Code Redemption. Follow the same hierarchy used on mobile: Settings → Account → Gift Code Redemption.
- Type the code exactly. Use the console on-screen keyboard. Check uppercase and lowercase characters, zeroes versus the letter O, and any punctuation before confirming.
- Leave the settings screen and open Mail. The redeemed reward is waiting in the in-game mailbox once that feature is unlocked.
There is no evidence of a separate PS5-only or Xbox-only redemption website. Current guides describe the action as an in-client function, so be wary of pages that ask you to enter console credentials, payment details or a verification code.

Where is the reward after redemption?
A successful code submission does not necessarily create a visible inventory item immediately. Open Mail and inspect the new message, then use the claim control shown there. This is also the place to look if the code was accepted but the character’s inventory has not changed.

Mobile and console: what actually carries over?
A code is associated with the account and server on which it is redeemed, not with the physical phone or console. That distinction matters when you move between platforms.

- Same account: Sign in with the account that contains the original character. A second account, even on the same console, is a separate destination.
- Same server: Choose the server used by the original character. Different servers can look like missing progress even when the account is correct.
- Shared progression: The official mobile notice says progress, resources and party lineups sync across supported platforms under those account and server conditions.
- Same reward channel: Mobile and console use the in-game Mail destination described by current redemption guides.
Cross-progression does not guarantee that every button is in the same place. Touch layouts expose phone-style controls, while PS5 and Xbox expose controller prompts. Treat the menu labels as the stable reference and the button icons as client-dependent.
Why an Aniimo code may not work

Do not compensate for an error by trying random variations of the string. Repeated attempts cannot extend an expired code and can make it harder to identify whether the original entry was mistyped.
How to identify legitimate Aniimo rewards
Aniimo’s official launch information states that all in-game rewards are issued through official events and in-game Mail. It also warns that the team will not ask for a verification code or payment to claim a reward.

- Use the code exactly as it appears in an official event or announcement.
- Redeem it inside the game’s Gift Code Redemption screen rather than entering account details on an unfamiliar site.
- Ignore code generators, unsolicited QR codes and links that request a fee, card number, password or one-time verification code.
- If a promotion is not clearly tied to an official Aniimo event, treat its expiry date and eligibility claims as unverified.
The “more than 40 million global pre-registrations” figure cited in Aniimo’s September 23, 2026 mobile-launch notice refers to a launch milestone and is not a promise that every code remains active or that a particular reward is available on every account.
Keeping code information current
Specific code strings are the least stable part of the process. A page can accurately describe the menu while listing a code that has already expired. Before publishing or using a code, verify three things in the current client or an official announcement: the exact spelling and capitalization, the expiration or usage condition, and the platform or account eligibility.
The redemption path itself is more durable: Main Menu or phone menu → Settings → Account → Gift Code Redemption. If a future update changes a label, look for the Account section and a similarly named gift-code control rather than trusting an old screenshot. The reward should still be checked in Mail unless a new official notice says the delivery method has changed.
