What Roblox’s screen-time view shows
Roblox separates overall time on the platform from time spent in individual experiences. The weekly graph reflects all time spent on Roblox; Top experiences shows time in specific experiences. It lists up to 20 experiences played in the last week. Roblox does not document this feature as an all-time cumulative-hours counter, so it cannot be used to retrieve lifetime playtime. How to check your own Roblox screen time
Roblox says users aged 13 or older can view their own screen-time insights. The route to Settings depends on your device:
- Desktop: Select the gear icon, then Settings.
- Mobile: Select More, then Settings.
- In Settings, open Privacy & content restrictions.
- Select Screen time to view your weekly average.
- Open Top experiences to see your most-played experiences from the last week.
How a parent can check a child’s activity
A parent needs a Roblox account with parent privileges linked to the child’s account. After linking, the parent can open Settings > Parental Controls, select the child if prompted, then open Screen time and select Manage beside the chart. The chart shows a seven-day average; Top experiences lists the child’s top experiences from the last week. Roblox explains these controls in its Parental Controls Overview and Parental Controls FAQ.

Age and availability limits
Who can see insights and which parental settings are available depend on age. Roblox says linked parents can see select insights for teens, and settings they can manage change as a child gets older. A linked parent account is automatically unlinked when the user turns 18. Availability may also vary by region. Details are in Roblox’s Parental Insights for Teens information.
There is one more distinction when interpreting the data: experiences removed from Roblox do not appear in Top experiences. The platform-wide weekly graph and experience list therefore answer different questions, and the list may not include every experience previously played.
