Yes. In Yakuza Kiwami, sell unwanted items at Ebisu Pawn, located in an alley off Nakamichi Street in Kamurocho. Check an item before selling it if you think it could be useful for a substory.
Where to sell items in Yakuza Kiwami
Go to Ebisu Pawn in the alley off Nakamichi Street. SEGA’s official Yakuza Kiwami manual identifies the shop as a place to sell unwanted items. A walkthrough also says the shop accepts items from Kiryu’s inventory (GameFAQs walkthrough).
What to check before selling
Some items may have later uses in substories, so consider whether an item could be relevant before parting with it. The walkthrough flags this possibility, but does not provide a comprehensive list of which items to keep (GameFAQs walkthrough).
What the game’s manuals establish
SEGA’s manual confirms Ebisu Pawn’s selling function and location; it also notes that the shop sells blades, armor, and antiques (official Yakuza Kiwami manual). It does not list item-by-item sale prices or comprehensively specify which inventory items the pawn shop accepts.

A separate Yakuza Kiwami manual for Switch warns that discarded items cannot be retrieved (SEGA Switch manual). That warning concerns discarding items; it does not establish a specific recovery or buyback rule for items sold at Ebisu Pawn.
