No. Gran Turismo 7 does not offer a way to sell individual tuning parts. You can remove parts from a car in Garage > Car Settings, or sell an eligible car through the Car Valuation Service in Used Cars. Selling the car is not the same as selling its parts individually.
How to remove a tuning part
- Go to the Garage and open Car Settings.
- Choose the part you want to remove and use the available remove option.
The official Tuning Shop manual explains that parts can be installed and removed from Car Settings. Removing a part does not generate a sale or payment for it.

What happens when you sell a tuned car?
In Used Cars, the Car Valuation Service lets you sell eligible cars. Its appraisal includes the car’s body valuation and a valuation for tuning work, so fitted tuning can be reflected in the car’s appraisal; it is not a separate transaction for each part.
The Used Cars manual also says that wheel, paint, custom, racing, and other parts are returned to the player when a car is sold. This is a return of listed part categories, not a cash sale of those parts.

Car sale restrictions to know
- You can sell only one car of the same model in a 24-hour period, according to the official manual.
- The currently used car cannot be sold.
- Manufacturers Cup loan cars and certain bonus cars—including preorder, Special Edition, and DLC cars—are ineligible.
Why tuning valuation changed in Update 1.34
Polyphony Digital’s Update 1.34 notes say the Car Valuation Service’s tuning valuation algorithm was adjusted for cars fitted with Ultimate tuning parts. The update also added an Ultimate tab to the Tuning Shop, unlocked at Collector Level 50. These changes concern tuning parts fitted to a car and its appraisal; they did not add a feature for selling parts individually.
