Yes—if you play Java Edition. Set doWardenSpawning to false to turn off the Warden-specific spawning rule. Bedrock Edition has no Warden-specific gamerule documented in the cited Microsoft reference; its documented alternative, domobspawning, affects mob spawning generally.
Java Edition: disable Warden spawning specifically
In Java Edition 1.19 and later versions that support the rule, run this command in chat or another command interface that accepts gamerules:
/gamerule doWardenSpawning false
The rule is documented as controlling whether Wardens can be spawned, and its default is true. The general Java gamerule form is /gamerule <rule name> [<value>]. See the Java Edition 1.19 release record and the gamerule command reference.
Bedrock Edition: use a broader spawning control
Microsoft documents domobspawning as a Boolean gamerule that controls whether mobs spawn into the game. To switch off general mob spawning, run:

/gamerule domobspawning false
This affects mobs generally, not just Wardens. The cited Bedrock documentation does not establish a Warden-specific gamerule. See Microsoft’s gamerule command reference.
Alternative: set the world to Peaceful
Peaceful difficulty is another broad option: Microsoft’s spawn-rule documentation says hostile mobs do not spawn on Peaceful. This changes the hostile-mob experience rather than targeting Wardens alone. See Microsoft’s spawn rules documentation.

What the setting does—and what it may not cover
The Java release record describes doWardenSpawning as controlling whether Wardens can be spawned. It does not resolve every edge case involving command-created Wardens, mods, data packs, or server plugins. For a modified setup, verify the exact game version and server configuration.
The Bedrock reference establishes a general mob-spawning switch, but does not specify how it interacts with every add-on or server configuration. The Deep Dark arrived in the Wild Update in June 2022; that background does not change which spawning controls are documented for each edition. See Minecraft’s Deep Dark article.
