No—not as an official outfit unlock in the standard version of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. The closest in-game approximation identified is a red lightsaber with the Inquisitor Paint weapon material, but that changes the weapon’s appearance, not Cal’s clothes. On PC, a community mod adds an Inquisitor-style outfit by replacing pieces of the Hunter outfit.
How to check Cal’s available outfits
From the main menu, choose Customization, then Customize Cal. EA’s customization guide distinguishes Cal’s appearance from workbench options for the lightsaber, blaster, and BD-1.

The official guidance and the outfit-specific guide cited here do not identify an Inquisitor outfit as a standard unlock. EA’s FAQ says the game has no microtransactions and that, aside from preorder and Deluxe Edition skins, cosmetics are found in the game. It names Obi-Wan-inspired preorder cosmetics and Han Solo-, Luke Skywalker-, and R2-D2-inspired Deluxe cosmetics, but not an Inquisitor set. These sources do not provide an exhaustive named inventory of every outfit, so the menu is the practical place to check the options available in your current save and version.
Closest in-game look: red lightsaber and Inquisitor Paint
Game8’s guide identifies a red lightsaber paired with the Inquisitor Paint weapon material as the closest visual approximation. This is a weapon customization, not an outfit: it does not give Cal Inquisitor clothing. The claim comes from the guide, not EA; see Game8’s Inquisitor outfit guide.

PC mod: an Inquisitor-style outfit
A third-party option is Inquisitor Cal Outfit (Outfit Manager) on Nexus Mods. Its listing says it replaces the Hunter jacket, shirt, and pants, and gives installation instructions for the Jedi Survivor PC content folder. It is a community modification—not an official unlock or a console option.
The listing was uploaded on May 15, 2023, and reports its last update as June 7, 2023. Check the listing’s current requirements and compatibility with your game installation before installing; the listing date alone does not establish compatibility with a current version.
