Yes. Roblox says one verified email address can be attached to multiple accounts for one-time-code login, where you can choose which account to access. Regular email-and-password login works differently: if Roblox says the email is linked to more than one username, sign in with the intended account’s username and password.
How the same email works across Roblox accounts
The answer depends on what you are trying to do. Roblox documents shared email use for one-time-code login and account recovery, but an email address does not always identify a single account during an ordinary sign-in.

| What you want to do | What Roblox says to do |
|---|---|
| Sign in with email and password | If the email is associated with more than one username, sign in with the intended account’s username and password. Roblox’s email-login instructions also recommend using a different password for each account. |
| Sign in with a one-time code | If the verified email is on multiple accounts, enter the code and choose which account to access. Roblox says this feature is available only to some users. See Roblox’s one-time-code instructions. |
| Reset a password | Enter the email in account recovery. If Roblox finds multiple matching accounts, select the account whose password you want to reset. Recovery cannot reset an account without an attached email address or phone number. Roblox’s password-recovery steps. |
What to do if Roblox shows the multiple-username error
If you see “Your email is associated with more than 1 username. Please login with your username,” use the username and password for the specific account you want to open. The message does not mean that the accounts have been combined; it means email sign-in cannot distinguish between those usernames.

- On the sign-in screen, enter that username and the account’s password instead of the email address.
- If you have forgotten the password, use account recovery with the email or phone attached to that account, then choose the correct account if Roblox presents more than one.
Keep the email and accounts secure
Use an inbox you control, or a parent’s email where appropriate. Roblox warns that someone else who receives password-reset messages may be able to access the account and lock you out. Its guidance says each account should have a different password, and recommends enabling 2-Step Verification; a verified email is required for that feature. Roblox account-safety guidance and 2-Step Verification instructions provide the details.

Sharing an email does not merge accounts
Roblox’s guidance describes email as a sign-in, verification, and recovery contact. It does not say that using the same email merges accounts, combines their items, or transfers progress. Treat each account as separate and sign in or recover it individually.
