No. Lunar Client’s official FAQ says it will not load X-ray texture packs. Ordinary texture packs are supported, but that does not include packs that reveal hidden ores or blocks.
Does Lunar Client load X-ray texture packs?
No. Lunar Client’s FAQ says: “Any texture pack is compatible with Lunar Client and can be enabled ingame like you normally would. However, Lunar Client will not allow you to load ‘xray texture packs’.” In other words, support for regular resource packs is not support for X-ray packs.
The FAQ also describes mod-loading options for certain versions: mods cannot be added to versions 1.7, 1.8, or 1.12, while Fabric mods can be added on versions 1.16 and later using the Fabric add-on. Those general options do not override the stated X-ray texture-pack restriction, and the FAQ does not present an external tool or workaround as supported.
Does server compatibility mean X-ray is allowed?
No. Lunar Client says it can connect to servers that support vanilla Minecraft when the relevant Minecraft version is supported. That describes connection compatibility, not permission to use every modification. Each multiplayer server sets and enforces its own rules, so check the current rules for the server you plan to join.

Lunar Client’s server-safety article describes server-side anti-X-ray plugins that obfuscate blocks, preventing players from seeing ores through X-ray. This is a protection for server owners; it is not a feature that enables X-ray for players.
