When did Capcom Fighting Collection 2 come out?
Capcom Fighting Collection 2 launched on May 16, 2025, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, according to Capcom’s launch announcement. Capcom says physical copies are available for Nintendo Switch and PS4; it does not list physical Xbox or PC editions. Current retailer stock and listings can vary.
What games are in Capcom Fighting Collection 2?
The collection includes eight games, covering 2D and 3D fighters as well as the Power Stone action-fighting games. Capcom’s roster, also reflected in the Nintendo Switch listing, is:

Capcom also said limited physical Switch and PS4 copies included a 48-page Capcom vs. SNK bonus comic while supplies lasted. That was a limited offer; it does not establish that the comic is included with copies currently for sale.

What was the Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection release date?
The Marvel release-date news paired with the 2024 announcement referred to MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics, a separate seven-game collection. Capcom’s August 28, 2024 release announcement set the digital release for September 12, 2024, and packaged Nintendo Switch and PS4 editions for November 22, 2024. Capcom listed Steam as digital-only in that announcement. The PlayStation listing also gives September 12, 2024 as the PS4 release date.
