Which CBH Member Director positions are open?
Co-operative Bulk Handling Limited (CBH) lists three positions for election: Member Director — District 1, Member Director — District 3 and Member Director — District 5. The current CBH Director elections page provides the 2027 election details.
What are the nomination deadlines?
| Nomination route | Window | CAP participation | Assessment steps |
|---|---|---|---|
| Candidate Assessment Panel (CAP) | Thursday, 1 October 2026 to 12 noon Thursday, 29 October 2026 | Mandatory for incumbent directors; strongly encouraged for other candidates | Self-assessment, resume submission and interview |
| Without CAP | Thursday, 3 December 2026 to 12 noon Monday, 4 January 2027 | Not using the CAP process | No CAP assessment steps specified for this route |
These are two nomination routes for the same Member Director election, not different director roles. Use the date range for the route you intend to take and confirm the applicable requirements with the Returning Officer.
What does the Candidate Assessment Panel do?
CBH describes CAP as a three-person, majority-independent panel: one CBH Member Director and two external members. The process arose from the 2020 governance review. It assesses candidates against the skills and attributes sought by the CBH Board; it does not select the election winner.

Consult current election documents for the 2027 arrangements and timing.
How can prospective candidates get information and forms?
