Yes. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 received 13 nominations at The Game Awards 2025—the most nominations for a videogame in a single year at the event, according to Guinness World Records. The nominations were announced November 17, 2025; the ceremony followed in Los Angeles on December 11.
How the 13 nominations are counted
The game was nominated in 11 categories, but the count reaches 13 because three of its performers were individually nominated in Best Performance. Guinness World Records lists Benn Starr, Charlie Cox and Jennifer English among the nominees in that category.

Why some nomination-day reports said 12
There is a discrepancy in contemporaneous coverage. An Epic Games Store article published November 17, 2025, reported 12 nominations, while Guinness World Records lists 13. The available sources do not explain the difference, so 13 is the record total to use, with the competing count understood as a discrepancy rather than a settled alternative.

At the December 11 ceremony, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 won nine awards, according to Guinness World Records: Game of the Year; Best Game Direction; Best Narrative; Best Art Direction; Best Score and Music; Best Performance for Jennifer English; Best Independent Game; Best Debut Indie Game; and Best Roleplaying Game.
