Goblin Giant and Double Prince pressure
This build combines Goblin Drill Evolution and Zap Evolution with Goblin Giant, Prince, Dark Prince, Bats, Spear Goblins, and Goblin Gang. The guide’s stated approach is to pair a tank with double-prince pressure and threaten both lanes, forcing the opponent to divide defensive resources.
Wizard Evolution control
The guide recommends Wizard Evolution alongside Goblin Drill Evolution, Monk, Magic Archer, and Tornado. This option leans on splash damage and battlefield control to manage groups of troops and shape where a fight takes place.

How to play around Goblin Drill Evolution
Theria Games says the evolved Drill can submerge and reappear when it reaches 66% and 33% health, and that its initial placement determines its later locations. Treat these as the guide’s tactical description rather than independently tested findings. Its advice is to vary placement, cycle quickly to reach the evolved card more often, and consider split-lane pressure so an opponent has to allocate defenses across both sides.

Build for the defenses you may face
- Have an answer to Drill pressure. The guide lists Valkyrie, Mega Knight, Dart Prince, Goblin Gang, and Bowler as possible counters.
- Cover swarms and air threats. Include support that can address the kinds of troops your other defenses may not handle; the guide specifically highlights swarm and air coverage as considerations.
- Use spells to clear or reposition. Arrows and The Log can help against swarms, while Tornado can help reposition troops.
How to choose between these decks
Choose based on the job you want the deck to do, rather than treating these options as a ranked list. The guide’s recommendations suggest three practical comparisons:
