There is no verified single best deck for a currently live Clash Royale “Exclusive Badge Challenge.” Supercell’s confirmed badge challenge was the 2022 CRL 20-Win Challenge, where 17 victories unlocked the badge. A May 2026 third-party guide suggests several deck archetypes, but supplies no performance data proving one is best. Check the live event’s rules and card restrictions in-game before choosing a deck.
What the badge challenge evidence actually confirms
Supercell announced that players who reached 17 or more victories in the CRL 20-Win Challenge 2022 would unlock its badge. The event was scheduled for August 6–11, 2022 (UTC). Those details describe that historical event; they do not establish that the challenge is live now or that a later version uses the same rules. See Supercell’s 2022 announcement.

Deck ideas to consider—not a current tier list
A guide published by Position is Everything on May 11, 2026 offers the following archetypes as options. It does not provide cited win rates or results, so treat these as starting points rather than proven winners or official recommendations. Its advice also recognizes that format, card availability, and opponents matter. Read the guide’s deck suggestions.

How to choose a deck for the live event
- Read the in-game event rules first. Confirm that the challenge is active, which cards are permitted or restricted, and what the badge’s current reward threshold is. Do not carry over 2022 rules by assumption.
- Check your usable cards. Build around cards you can actually field at the event’s applicable levels and restrictions; a list is not useful if key cards are unavailable or underpowered for your situation.
- Pick one clear win condition. Make sure the deck has a coherent way to take towers, whether through direct pressure, siege, a tank push, chip damage, or air attacks.
- Review both ground and air defense. Identify how the deck answers each kind of threat before committing to a long run.
- Test your elixir discipline. Choose a plan you can defend with without routinely overspending, then adjust after seeing which matchups or counters cause trouble.
These are practical deck-selection checks, not findings about a measured current challenge meta. The May 2026 guide recommends adapting choices to format, collection, and opposing archetypes, but does not establish which list performs best.

Why no deck can be called the proven best
The available material does not rank these decks using challenge results. RoyaleAPI’s “20-Win Challenge Odds” page calculates modeled completion probabilities under an assumed, consistent match win rate; it is not a report of observed outcomes for specific decks. Its 2021 model gives a 0.0061% completion probability at an assumed 50% match win rate and 2.0666% at an assumed 70% rate. For the 2022 event, Supercell’s statement was: “If you reach 17 victories or more, you will unlock the CRL 20-Win Challenge 2022 badge!” That confirms the historical threshold, not a current badge event.
