During a battle, tap the white arrow beside the emote button to open emotes that are owned but not assigned to the default deck. Then check the claim screen that matches the reward source: Pass Royale for season rewards, or Supercell ID → Rewards (and id.supercell.com) for Supercell ID Rewards. If the item is still missing, verify the connected account and submit the official Clash Royale Contact Form with evidence of the claim.
Start with the full Emote Deck
The most common apparent disappearance is an emote that was earned but is not assigned to the eight-slot default deck. Supercell’s Emotes guidance places both the Emote Deck and Tower Skins in Collection. The deck can hold up to eight emotes, but owning an emote does not automatically place it in those slots.

- From the Clash Royale home screen, open Collection.
- Enter Emote Deck.
- Look through the owned emotes, not only the eight currently assigned slots.
- Start a battle or open a battle-related emote control and tap the white arrow on the Emote button. That arrow opens the rest of the emotes you own.
If the emote appears in the full list, the reward is present. Add it to one of the eight deck positions if you want it immediately available from the main emote wheel. A missing slot assignment is different from a missing entitlement.
Identify where the emote came from
Clash Royale emotes can be obtained through several routes, and each route has a different place to verify the claim. Before changing settings or contacting support, identify the original source.

Supercell identifies Shop offers, Trophy Road rewards, special events and challenges, Pass Royale, and linking a game account to Supercell ID as emote acquisition routes. A source matters because an emote claimed on one screen may still require a separate claim on another.
Recover an unclaimed Pass Royale emote
Starting a new season does not necessarily remove unclaimed rewards from the previous season. Supercell says that if previous-season rewards were not collected, a Claim button appears at the bottom of the Pass Royale view.
- Open Pass Royale in Clash Royale.
- Scroll to the bottom of the season-track view.
- Check whether the prior season has unclaimed rewards.
- Tap Claim and wait for the reward animation or confirmation.
- Return to Collection → Emote Deck and search the full list.
If there is no Claim button, the Pass Royale screen is not presenting an unclaimed previous-season reward. Do not assume that reinstalling the game will create one; Supercell’s support information does not promise that reinstalling, clearing a cache, or simply waiting restores an entitlement.

Check Supercell ID Rewards correctly
Clash Royale is supported by Supercell ID Rewards. Supercell describes the program as a cross-game rewards system, but activation is not completed inside the game app. The browser portion is required for activation or claiming where the service directs you to use it.
In-game route
- Open the in-game Supercell ID menu.
- Select Rewards.
- Review the available reward activity and the instruction to earn points for exclusive rewards.
- If the item requires browser activation, continue at id.supercell.com rather than looking for an in-app activation control.
Browser route
- Open id.supercell.com in a browser.
- Sign in with the Supercell ID connected to the Clash Royale account that earned the reward.
- Review available rewards and account activity.
- Claim any pending item shown there.
- Reopen Clash Royale, confirm the same account is connected, and search Collection → Emote Deck.
Signing in with a different Supercell ID can make a legitimate reward appear to be missing. The browser account and the account displayed in Clash Royale must match the account that earned the reward.
Confirm you are using the right Clash Royale account
Supercell ID is designed to protect game progress across devices and to let players switch among connected game accounts. That flexibility also creates a common troubleshooting trap: the game may be open on a different account from the one that completed the reward claim.

- Open Clash Royale’s Settings and inspect the displayed Supercell ID.
- Compare it with the Supercell ID used when the emote was earned or purchased.
- If you use more than one device, check the account shown on each device before comparing collections.
- Do not claim the reward again on another account merely because it is absent from the current collection.
Once the correct account is loaded, repeat the complete Emote Deck search. An emote can be owned on one connected game account while the currently selected account has no entitlement to it.
What to do for Shop, Trophy Road, event, or challenge rewards
For these sources, the documented universal ownership check is the complete Emote Deck. There is no separate recovery screen identified for every Shop offer, Trophy Road milestone, event, or challenge.
Shop purchase
Search the full Emote Deck after confirming the purchase was made on the current account. Keep the transaction receipt, purchase date, item description, and any order identifier. Those details let support distinguish a missing entitlement from a purchase made on another account or a different item.

Trophy Road milestone
Record the Trophy Road milestone that supposedly awarded the emote and the approximate date it was reached. Then search the full collection, including the emotes accessible through the white arrow in battle. If the milestone was reached on another account, the emote will not appear on the account currently loaded.
Event or challenge
Save the event or challenge name, the approximate completion date, and screenshots of the result or reward screen. Search the complete collection after restarting the game normally. These records are more useful to support than a statement that the emote is simply absent.
Use a symptom-based check before contacting support
- It is visible only after tapping the white arrow: the emote is owned; add it to the eight-slot Emote Deck if needed.
- Pass Royale shows Claim: claim the previous-season reward, then search Collection.
- Supercell ID Rewards shows a pending item: use the browser route at id.supercell.com, claim it, and return to the game.
- The reward appears on the website but not in game: verify that the website login and the in-game Supercell ID are identical before escalating.
- No screen shows the reward and the full collection is empty: gather proof of the source and submit the official contact form.
Contact Clash Royale support when the emote is still absent
Supercell’s Clash Royale Contact Form asks players with Supercell ID to log in first. The support hub also lists Bug Reports and Technical Assistance under Troubleshooting.

- Open the official Clash Royale Contact Form or the support hub’s relevant Troubleshooting route.
- Log in with Supercell ID first when that option is available.
- Describe the reward source precisely: Pass Royale, Shop, Trophy Road, event or challenge, or Supercell ID Rewards.
- Include your player tag and the Supercell ID email associated with the account.
- Give the approximate claim or purchase date and the device or account context if more than one account is involved.
- Attach screenshots of the reward claim, Pass Royale screen, Supercell ID Rewards activity, collection search, or transaction details.
- State the checks already completed, including the full Emote Deck search and account-identity verification.
A useful report is specific enough for support to compare the claimed reward with the account record. Avoid sending only “my emote is gone”; identify the item, source, account, date, and evidence.
What is and is not established about delivery problems
Supercell’s current support pages do not publish a universal delivery-time guarantee for emotes. They also do not identify one confirmed bug affecting every missing reward or promise that reinstalling, clearing cache, or waiting will restore an entitlement.
Those actions may be suggested in an incident-specific support exchange, but they are not guaranteed fixes documented for all missing emotes. Use the collection, Pass Royale, Supercell ID Rewards, and account-identity checks first so that a support request is based on an identifiable discrepancy rather than a guess.

Use this order when you want one short, repeatable process:
- Identify whether the emote came from Pass Royale, Supercell ID Rewards, the Shop, Trophy Road, an event, or a challenge.
- Open Collection → Emote Deck and inspect every owned emote.
- In battle, tap the white arrow on the Emote button to check emotes outside the default eight.
- For a season reward, open Pass Royale and inspect the bottom for the previous-season Claim button.
- For Supercell ID Rewards, open the in-game Rewards tab and then id.supercell.com in a browser when activation or claiming is required.
- Confirm that the displayed Supercell ID is the account that earned the reward.
- Gather the player tag, Supercell ID email, source, approximate date, screenshots, and transaction or claim records.
- Submit the official Clash Royale Contact Form while logged in to Supercell ID whenever possible.
This sequence separates an emote that is merely outside the active deck from an entitlement that is absent from the account, then gives support the information needed to investigate the latter.
