These dates are listed on the Bandai Namco Studios product page. A separate September 24, 2025 PlayStation Blog post gives January 30, 2026, as the PS5 launch date. The dates therefore differ by source for PS5; the studio page is the source that specifies the January 29 console and January 30 Steam schedule.

What is CODE VEIN II about?
According to the official synopsis, the appearance of the Luna Rapacis causes Revenants to transform into mindless Horrors, putting the world at risk of collapse. The player takes the role of a Revenant hunter seeking to stop that collapse.
Lou and the journey into the past
Lou, a companion to the player, has the power to manipulate time. The official description says this lets the pair travel into the past. Bandai Namco frames time as central to the story and as something players can wield, while also describing exploration with chosen partners.
