Come aprire la cronologia degli acquisti Steam
- Accedi a Steam dal sito o dal client.
- Seleziona il nome del tuo account in alto a destra.
- Apri Dettagli sull’account.
- Seleziona Mostra la cronologia degli acquisti per consultare le transazioni associate all’account. La guida di Steam sui rimborsi indica questo percorso.
Se i menu sono diversi, cerca le voci Dettagli dell’account e Cronologia acquisti nell’Assistenza Steam: l’interfaccia può cambiare.

La cronologia è diversa dal totale per gli account limitati
Steam offre anche un contatore collegato alle funzioni bloccate sugli account limitati. La soglia pubblicata è almeno l’equivalente di 5 USD spesi nel Negozio Steam, ma il contatore serve a verificare i requisiti per quelle funzioni: non è un rendiconto universale di tutto ciò che hai speso per giocare. La FAQ sugli account limitati spiega come verificare l’importo conteggiato; Steam descrive la soglia di spesa richiesta.

Per gli acquisti effettuati in valute diverse dal dollaro, Steam applica il tasso di cambio giornaliero del giorno dell’acquisto, non quello attuale. Non esiste quindi un unico tasso valido per tutti gli acquisti.

Spese che non rientrano nel conteggio
- L’attivazione su Steam di un gioco comprato altrove non conta per la soglia.
- Non conta nemmeno la spesa di ricavi ottenuti vendendo oggetti nel Mercato di Steam.
Il saldo del Portafoglio non indica quanto hai speso
Il saldo del Portafoglio Steam mostra il credito disponibile ora, non il totale degli acquisti già effettuati. I fondi aggiunti al Portafoglio sono destinati agli acquisti successivi; per ricostruire le transazioni passate, consulta la cronologia.
Come considerare i rimborsi
Per il contatore degli account limitati, Steam tratta i rimborsi in modo diverso in base a dove viene accreditato il denaro: un rimborso restituito sul conto bancario viene sottratto dalla somma conteggiata, mentre un rimborso sul Portafoglio non impedisce l’accesso alle funzioni descritte nella FAQ sugli account limitati. La FAQ di Steam sugli account limitati riporta queste regole.

La regola ordinaria per chiedere il rimborso di un gioco prevede un acquisto effettuato da meno di 14 giorni e meno di 2 ore di gioco. Puoi comunque inviare una richiesta fuori da questi requisiti: Steam può esaminarla. L’idoneità al rimborso non va confusa con la cronologia degli acquisti o con il totale conteggiato per un account limitato. Steam illustra la propria politica sui rimborsi.
Se vuoi sapere quanto denaro è uscito dalle tue finanze
Esamina la cronologia acquisti e confrontala con gli estratti conto. Il contatore degli account limitati non è presentato da Steam come un riepilogo completo delle spese sostenute anche fuori dalla piattaforma: gli acquisti esterni, per esempio, non concorrono alla soglia descritta nella FAQ.
