Available evidence points to Valor Mortis as a planned September 2026 day-one Game Pass release and Forever Ago as an October 2026 addition. It does not confirm that either is currently playable. Nor does it establish that Battlefield 6 is joining Game Pass: the June coverage concerned an update and a free trial, not a confirmed catalog release.
What is coming to Xbox Game Pass?
A June 2026 TrueAchievements archive listed Valor Mortis and Forever Ago among anticipated Game Pass additions. The archive is a secondary source, and its indexed material does not confirm the games’ current availability, exact dates, subscription tiers, or regional access. Its page could not be opened, so the claims below reflect the available archive snippets rather than a live Xbox catalog listing. TrueAchievements’ June 2026 news archive
| Game | What the archive reported | What remains unconfirmed |
|---|---|---|
| Valor Mortis | Planned as a day-one Game Pass release for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox PC in September 2026. | Whether it launched as planned, its current catalog status, exact date, subscription tier, and region availability. |
| Forever Ago | Described as an October 2026 Game Pass addition. | Exact release date, whether it is available as of October 7, 2026, supported platforms, subscription tier, and region availability. |
Is Battlefield 6 coming to Game Pass?
The available June 2026 item about Battlefield 6 covered an update and a free trial. Neither, on its own, establishes that the full game is newly joining Game Pass. The available material also does not establish the game’s current catalog status or which subscription tier, if any, includes it.
What does “and more” include?
The accessible archive snippets do not provide a complete, reliable list of the other games associated with this announcement. Naming additional titles or assigning them dates would go beyond what the available evidence supports.

How to check whether a game is available to you
- Open the current Xbox Game Pass catalog or the game’s Xbox Store listing.
- Check the listing for your region and platform, then confirm the title is included with your subscription tier rather than offered as a separate purchase or trial.
- For a release described as upcoming, check the listing again on or after its reported release window; an announcement-era plan is not proof of a completed launch.
