Antes de apagar ou restaurar o celular antigo, abra o jogo novo e confirme que o progresso correto foi carregado. Entre Android e iPhone, não há um método universal: a compatibilidade depende de cada jogo.
Antes de trocar de celular: confirme como o jogo salva
No celular antigo, abra o jogo e confira qual perfil e método de login estão em uso. Nas configurações, procure opções como “Conta”, “Vincular conta”, “Salvar na nuvem”, “Transferir dados” ou “Link Devices”; os nomes variam conforme o título.
- Verifique se o jogo oferece sincronização ou transferência e quais aparelhos ela cobre.
- Confirme que o progresso mais recente foi sincronizado antes de começar a migração.
- Se o jogo fornecer um código de transferência, guarde-o com segurança e use-o apenas no seu próprio aparelho. Não compartilhe códigos, senhas ou tokens.
- Mantenha o celular antigo intacto até confirmar o save no novo. Algumas transferências podem ser permanentes ou irreversíveis; a SEGA, por exemplo, alerta para esse risco no procedimento de Sonic Forces.
Transferir entre celulares Android
- No Android antigo, confira se o jogo usa Google Play Games e se está conectado à Conta Google correta.
- No Android novo, instale o mesmo jogo e entre com essa mesma Conta Google.
- Abra o jogo e verifique se o perfil e o progresso corretos apareceram. Se não, confirme a conta conectada e se o título oferece o recurso de salvamento do Google Play Games.
O Google informa que alguns jogos salvam o progresso automaticamente quando você está conectado ao Google Play Games, mas nem todos fazem isso. Veja as orientações oficiais para restaurar dados e resolver problemas no Google Play Games e para gerenciar o progresso vinculado à Conta Google.
Transferir entre iPhones ou outros dispositivos Apple
- No aparelho antigo, confira qual Apple Account está sendo usada no iCloud e no Game Center.
- No aparelho novo, entre com a mesma Apple Account nos dois serviços.
- Instale o jogo compatível, abra-o e confirme que o progresso sincronizou.
Esse método funciona somente em jogos compatíveis. A Apple explica que, nesses jogos, iCloud e Game Center podem manter o progresso, as pontuações e os saves atualizados entre dispositivos. Consulte as instruções da Apple para acessar o progresso de jogos nos dispositivos.

Transferir entre Android e iPhone
Não existe uma transferência universal entre os dois sistemas. Procure no jogo uma conta do próprio desenvolvedor ou uma opção explícita para transferir dados entre plataformas e siga as instruções específicas do título. A Konami, por exemplo, documenta o uso de KONAMI ID para transferências entre sistemas operacionais nos jogos aplicáveis: consulte o procedimento da Konami para transferir dados para um novo dispositivo.
Nem todo jogo permite essa mudança. A SEGA informa que o save de Sonic Dash não pode ser transferido entre Android e iOS; confira as opções de salvamento e restauração de Sonic Dash. Consulte a documentação do jogo específico antes de trocar de sistema.

O que fazer se o progresso não aparecer
- Confira o perfil e o login: entre com o mesmo método usado no aparelho antigo. Uma Conta Google, Apple Account, conta de jogo ou login social diferente pode abrir outro perfil.
- Verifique se o jogo sincroniza saves: conquistas ou a instalação pela loja, por si sós, não confirmam que o progresso esteja salvo na nuvem. O Google ressalta que nem todos os jogos salvam automaticamente.
- Evite substituir dados às cegas: se aparecer uma escolha entre saves ou um aviso de substituição, não confirme até entender qual progresso será mantido.
- Procure o desenvolvedor: use o suporte dentro do jogo ou a página oficial do título. O Google esclarece que não administra os dados internos nem as contas dos jogos.
- Se não tiver mais o aparelho antigo: contate o suporte do jogo e forneça somente os dados de conta ou identificadores solicitados. Não envie senhas, códigos de transferência ou tokens publicamente.
