For a damage-first Manju Cookie build, use five Raspberry toppings focused on ATK, then look for Cooldown and Crit substats. Choose Seafarer Raspberry if you have Resonant toppings, or Searing Raspberry for a standard set. Pair them with a Legendary Crispy Beascuit built around ATK.
Best toppings for Manju Cookie
Pocket Gamer’s July 30, 2025 build guide recommends a full five-piece Raspberry set for Manju, an ATK-scaling rear-line Epic Ambush Cookie. Its recommendations differ by topping type:
| Topping availability | Recommended set | Substat priorities |
|---|---|---|
| Resonant toppings | 5 Seafarer Raspberry | ATK, Cooldown, Crit |
| Standard toppings | 5 Searing Raspberry | ATK, Cooldown, Crit |
Start by prioritizing ATK, the core of this damage-first setup. Keep Cooldown and Crit in mind when comparing substats; the guide names all three, but does not give a tested stat breakpoint or a precise ranking among them. It also recommends a Searing Raspberry Tart.
Best Beascuit for Manju Cookie
Use a Legendary Crispy Beascuit, aiming for three ATK lines. For the fourth line, the guide lists Cooldown, DMG Resist Bypass, or Crit as options. Treat ATK as the core stat and choose the flexible line to suit your build rather than assuming one option is universally best; the available recommendation does not establish a tested ranking between those three.

How Jagae Cookie affects the build
Manju’s Flash Strike deals damage and heals him. The Cookie Run Wiki’s character reference describes a Temporary Alliance interaction with Jagae Cookie: Jagae’s skill can clear incapacitating effects on Manju and reset his cooldown. That makes Jagae a useful team-building consideration, but it does not mean Manju requires Jagae to function.
Because Jagae can reset Manju’s cooldown through this interaction, the value of additional Cooldown investment may depend on whether you use the pair. There is no supported gear breakpoint here that says exactly how much Cooldown to target, so use the guide’s substat priority as a starting point rather than a fixed threshold.

Choose equipment for the mode you are playing
Pocket Gamer identifies Arcade Arena as a strong use case for Manju and notes that his skill deals more damage when more enemies are present. That is a mode-specific assessment, not a universal ranking across every activity.
Mode rules can also change whether a build matters. In its July 2, 2026 update notice, Devsisters says Toppings and Beascuits do not apply in the equalized Duel of Destiny mode. Check the rules for your selected mode before spending resources to optimize equipment.

Skill figures are version-sensitive
Published references disagree on Flash Strike’s exact damage multiplier: Pocket Gamer lists 641.9% ATK for a single hit, while the community-maintained Cookie Run Wiki gives a different figure and records a skill change on August 27, 2025. The available references do not establish which displayed value applies to every current game version or region. If an exact multiplier matters to your decision, verify it in your live client rather than relying on a figure that may be outdated.
