There is no universally best Dominion of the Beasts choice. If you want the selected Cookie to be fully usable immediately, choose a Beast Cookie you do not already own—or choose one you already own, since existing owners retain full access while still receiving the event’s story and rewards. Your choice is permanent after confirmation, so do not select based on claims that you can change it later.
Dominion of the Beasts is a permanent event, not a limited-time event. Part 1 offers Mystic Flour Cookie or Burning Spice Cookie. After you complete Part 1, Part 2 offers Shadow Milk Cookie, Eternal Sugar Cookie, or Silent Salt Cookie.

Which Dominion of the Beasts Cookie is best?
Choose according to your account and your priority:
- Need immediate full usability: select a Beast Cookie you do not already own, then complete the event missions to unlock that Cookie in additional modes.
- Already own the Cookie you want: selecting that Cookie preserves immediate access in every game mode, while the event still gives you its story content and listed rewards.
- Choosing for story and rewards: pick the Beast whose story interests you most. The event does not designate one option as objectively superior.
If you obtain a Beast Cookie through the Gacha, it is fully playable immediately; Dominion missions then provide their rewards rather than serving as the route to unlock its modes.

Part 1 choices
Part 1 lets you choose between:
- Mystic Flour Cookie
- Burning Spice Cookie
Choosing one grants a copy of that Cookie, unlocks story content centered on the selection, and provides Beast-related rewards. The selected Cookie may initially be restricted to certain game modes if you did not already own it. Part 1 missions progressively remove those restrictions.

Part 2 is not available at the start. You must complete Part 1 first, as specified in the version 7.0 patch notes.

Once unlocked, Part 2 lets you choose between:

Pure Vanilla Cookie is not a documented Part 2 option. The older advice that lists only Mystic Flour Cookie and Burning Spice Cookie describes Part 1, not the complete event after the v7.0 expansion.

What happens after you choose?
The choice grants you a copy of the selected Beast Cookie and opens the corresponding story and reward track. If you did not already own that Cookie, the event copy starts with limited mode access. Completing the relevant missions unlocks it in Today’s Bounties, Tropical Soda Islands, Guild Battle, Kingdom Arena, and Cookie Alliance in stages.

If you already own the selected Cookie—or obtained it through the Gacha—the Cookie is immediately usable in every game mode. You still receive the event’s mission rewards, so selecting an owned Cookie is not pointless; it is mainly a story-and-rewards choice rather than a way to gain immediate access.
Can you change your choice?
No. The selected Beast Cookie cannot be changed after confirmation. Treat the selection as permanent. In particular, do not rely on guides or comments claiming that a later reset, mission, or second selection will let you switch to another Cookie.

Does Cookie level affect the decision?
Not as a reason to delay the choice. Version 7.0 raised the maximum Cookie level from 90 to 100, so any selected Cookie may require additional investment if you intend to build it. That level-cap change does not establish a universally best Beast Cookie and should not be confused with the event’s selection rules.
Simple decision checklist
- Check which Beast Cookies you already own.
- If immediate full mode access matters, choose an unowned Cookie only if you are prepared to unlock its modes through the missions; otherwise, select one you already own.
- Among suitable options, choose based on the story you want to see and the Cookie you actually want to build.
- Confirm only after checking the exact selection, because the choice is irreversible.
The safest answer for most players is therefore account-dependent: prioritize an already-owned Beast for instant unrestricted use, or choose the unowned Beast you most want if earning that Cookie and unlocking its modes through the event is acceptable.
