PlayStation LifeStyle reported on October 6, 2026, that Costco’s Members Appreciation Days promotion offered $100 in PlayStation Store wallet funds for $80—a $20, or 20%, discount from face value. The reported offer was scheduled for October 5–11, 2026, but could end earlier if inventory ran out. Those are reported terms, not confirmation that the deal is still available.

Reported Costco deal prices

PlayStation LifeStyle’s October 6, 2026 report listed two options. The savings and discounts below are calculated from the reported prices; they are not separate Costco claims.

The report said customers could make up to two transactions. It described the promotion as US-only at publication and said it might end early if inventory ran out. Check Costco’s current listing and checkout terms before ordering; the report does not establish present availability. PlayStation LifeStyle

What the PlayStation Store credit can buy

Costco’s product listing for a four-pack of $25 PlayStation eGift cards says the funds can be redeemed on PlayStation Store for games, add-ons, and PlayStation Plus. That listing specifies redemption for US accounts, says the item is non-refundable, and includes its own membership limit. These terms apply to that listed product and should not be treated as confirmation of the separate promotion’s exact checkout conditions. Costco PlayStation eGift card listing

Costco also lists a separate $100 PlayStation gift-card product, describing digital delivery, no fees or expiration date, availability to US addresses, and use to add funds to a PSN wallet. That product page confirms the gift-card category, not the reported $80 promotion price. Costco PlayStation gift-card product page

Delivery and order issues to consider

PlayStation LifeStyle reported that emailed codes could take a few hours to arrive and cited user reports of online orders being canceled. Reddit users speculated that a mismatch between billing and membership addresses could explain cancellations, but that explanation is anecdotal and is not confirmed Costco policy. Which reported tier makes sense?

Both reported tiers imply the same 20% discount. Choose based on the amount you expect to spend and the checkout total you are comfortable with: the $100 tier costs $80, while the $150 tier costs $120. The larger credit is not a better percentage discount; it requires spending $40 more upfront.
