Its “cheats” are mostly permission-controlled commands, Creator Mode tools, world settings, and normal progression. There is no general /spawn or /give command for arbitrary items, and no admin control for freely editing player statistics. The commands available to you depend on the active world, your role, and what the owner has granted.
How Creativerse cheats work
Older Creativerse updates used the word “cheats,” but later updates renamed the player-list area to Commands. That change reflects how the system actually works: commands are capabilities assigned to players, not a universal list that works for everyone.

There are three separate ways players commonly mean “cheats”:

- Creator Mode and world options: settings that enable building, travel, or selected abilities in a particular world.
- Normal progression: collecting materials, crafting items, completing quests, and discovering recipes.
Keeping those categories separate prevents the most common mistake: expecting a command to grant an item when the game actually expects you to unlock its recipe or obtain a material.

Where to see your current commands
The live game interface is the authority for your permissions because command availability can differ between worlds and player roles. Playful Studios’ April 2023 update notes give two ways to inspect them.
- Open the world’s player list and choose Manage Commands.
- Select the information icon (the “i” toggle) to read command details and usage.
- If you are not the world owner, open your own player record and choose View Commands.
- Check the same screen after joining another world; permissions from one world should not be assumed to carry into another.
Some commands are granted automatically, while others require the owner or an administrator to assign them. If a command is missing from View Commands, changing its spelling or adding a slash will not bypass the permission system.
Documented command examples
The following commands are documented examples from official update notes. They are not a guarantee that every player can run them. Confirm each one in Manage Commands or View Commands before using it.

These examples show why a flat “cheat code list” is misleading. A command can be valid in the game yet unavailable to a visitor, disabled in a specific world, or restricted to an owner or trusted administrator.

Commands that unlock costumes and crafting
A December 2022 hotfix documented two self-use unlock commands:
/unlockallcostumesunlocks all costumes for yourself./unlockallcraftsunlocks all crafts for yourself.
The same notes documented variants that target another player by name:
/unlockallcostumesforplayer/unlockallcraftsforplayer
Those “for player” commands are significantly more powerful. The developer specifically warned owners not to give them to untrusted players because they can unlock content for any other player by name. Restrict them to the world owner or people you trust, and grant only the self-use commands when that is all a player needs.

These commands affect unlock state; they do not create arbitrary blocks, materials, or statistics. If you need a particular resource, you still need to obtain it through the game’s normal systems unless your world has another explicitly documented feature.

Map Warping and Creator Mode requirements
Map Warping is an example of an unlockable feature that combines a world setting, a player mode, and a command. The August 2023 update notes specify all three requirements:
- Open the world’s Misc settings and enable the Map Warping option.
- Make sure your player has Creator Mode access.
- Confirm that you have the
/warpcommand in that world.
Missing any one of these conditions can make warping appear unavailable. Enabling the setting alone is not enough, and having Creator Mode in one world does not prove that you have the required command in another. Because menu names can change between updates, use the current world settings and the command information panel as the final check.
World settings for other selectable abilities
The same August 2023 notes mention world options for the Glider, Flashlight, and Gauntlet Smash/Power Attack. These are settings chosen by the world owner rather than universal cheat codes. A progression-focused world can use the Full Progression preset, while a more permissive setup can enable selected abilities earlier.
When you join someone else’s world, the owner’s settings determine what is available there. If an ability works in your own world but not in a shared one, compare the two worlds’ settings before troubleshooting controls or reinstalling the game.

How ordinary recipe unlocking works
Most crafting-menu recipes unlock through play. The Creativerse community wiki describes a progression in which obtaining materials or items—and often crafting related items—reveals additional recipes. To see what you are missing, open the crafting menu and inspect the locked recipe’s requirements.
Processor and Forge exceptions
Processor and Forge outputs are a separate case: their work does not require the corresponding menu recipe to be unlocked. You still need the necessary inputs, and the Forge requires fuel. This distinction matters when a player assumes a missing recipe means the station is unusable.
World-bound versus shared recipe progress
World options can determine whether common recipe progress is tied to one world or carried across worlds. A world configured for world-bound recipes resets that progress when you move to another world, while a setting that carries unlocked common recipes lets those discoveries follow you. Check the world’s progression configuration before interpreting a missing recipe as a bug.

Choosing the right route to an unlock

What Creativerse does not provide
Do not rely on lists promising a universal /spawn or /give command. The community wiki reports that Creativerse has no general command for arbitrarily spawning items or granting them directly, and no administrator feature for freely changing character statistics. That means claims about instant stacks of any block, permanent invulnerability, or editable player stats are not supported by the documented system.

A command that unlocks crafts is not the same as a command that fills your inventory. Likewise, Creator Mode tools improve building and testing but do not automatically rewrite every progression flag.
Troubleshooting commands that do not work
The game says the command is unknown
- Check the spelling, including the leading slash and the exact command suffix.
- Open View Commands and confirm that the command is actually granted to your player.
- Make sure you are in the world where the permission was assigned.
The command appears but has no effect
- Check prerequisites such as Creator Mode, an enabled world option, a selected build, or a valid target.
- For
/warp, verify all three Map Warping requirements rather than only the setting. - For Processor and Forge work, verify inputs and Forge fuel; recipe visibility is not the gating condition.
An unlock worked in one world but not another
Compare each world’s settings and command grants. Recipe progress may be world-bound, and command roles are managed per world. Ask the owner to inspect Manage Commands rather than granting broad permissions blindly.
You want to grant an unlock to someone else
Prefer the self-use commands and let the intended player run them. Avoid granting /unlockallcostumesforplayer or /unlockallcraftsforplayer unless the recipient is fully trusted; those commands can affect another named player.

- Decide whether the world is progression-focused or a creative/testing space.
- Choose world options for recipes, Glider, Flashlight, Gauntlet Smash/Power Attack, and Map Warping.
- Open Manage Commands and review what is automatically granted.
- Grant building and testing commands only to players who need them.
- Keep the “for player” unlock commands restricted to trusted administrators.
- Tell visitors which features are enabled so they do not mistake a world rule for a missing cheat code.
Bottom line on Creativerse cheats
Creativerse has useful commands and unlockable features, but not a universal cheat console. Use View Commands or Manage Commands to verify permissions, treat Creator Mode and world settings as separate prerequisites, and use normal material-and-recipe progression when a feature is not command-controlled. The exact command list in the active world is more reliable than any old external cheat list.
