To complete the House of Healing objective in Crimson Desert, enter the facility during the Chapter 3 quest Familiar Curses, reach Yann in the patient area, and then follow the rooftop escape to the Nas River Fishing Dock. You can get inside by using the roof, obtaining a St. Halssius priest disguise, or buying a St. Halssius Visitor Pass.
This walkthrough separates the infiltration objective from the similarly named Hernand request about building a bridge, then gives the exact route from quest prerequisite to completion.

What the House of Healing objective requires
The House of Healing sequence is part of Familiar Curses, a Chapter 3 main-story quest in the Hernand region. The quest database used by several walkthroughs lists Return of the Comrade as the prerequisite. If the House of Healing objective is not visible, check that prerequisite and return to the main-story marker in Hernand.
Your immediate goal is not to clear every room or fight through the building. You need to enter, reach the section where the patients and devotees are gathered, trigger the encounter with Yann, and then leave through the escape sequence. The guides describe three ways to pass the entrance security, so choose the one that fits your silver supply and preferred play style.

Choose one of the three documented entrances

All three routes converge inside the facility. There is no separate Yann location for each method, so you can switch approaches if one entrance becomes inconvenient.
Roof route: enter without buying access
The roof approach is the only documented route that does not require an in-game purchase. Game8’s walkthrough describes the path from outside the facility as a short sequence of positioning and climbing rather than a combat encounter.
- From the House of Healing area, take the path on the right side of the building.
- Continue through the alley beside the facility. Keep your camera on the building so you can identify the climbable side of the main structure.
- Climb onto the roof of the main building.
- Move across the roof until you reach the open window described in the walkthrough.
- Enter through the window, then orient yourself toward the interior hallway and patient area.
The guides do not specify a required outfit, exact guard sight cones, or a penalty table for being spotted. If an alert interrupts your climb, do not assume the objective is failed; move back to a safe position and try the window again, or return outside and use the disguise or pass route. The important checkpoint is reaching the interior area where Yann is waiting, not performing a particular stealth animation.
Disguise route: obtain a St. Halssius priest outfit
For players who want a more conventional entrance, the disguise route uses a St. Halssius priest outfit. GameSpot’s March 19, 2026 guide says to buy the disguise from an NPC along the outer wall. Game8’s March 22, 2026 walkthrough describes bribing a guard for the same practical result. Because the source wording differs, look for the interaction near the outside wall rather than searching for a uniquely named vendor in another district.
- Walk around the outside wall of the House of Healing until the disguise-related NPC or guard can be interacted with.
- Choose the conversation option that obtains the St. Halssius priest disguise. Complete the purchase or bribe when prompted.
- Equip the disguise if the game does not do so automatically.
- Return to the facility entrance and proceed inside.
- Once through the entrance, head toward the patient and devotee area instead of wandering through unrelated rooms.
This option is useful when you want to avoid the roof climb, but it consumes silver. The available guides do not establish a single price that applies to every build: GameSpot identifies the transaction without publishing an amount, while Game8 calls it a bribe. Use the amount shown in your own confirmation window as the authoritative cost for your save.

Visitor Pass route: pay for normal access
The third approach is the St. Halssius Visitor Pass. Game8 lists it as an alternative entry method, and Ludo.guide’s walkthrough gives a price of 10 Silver. The price is attributed to that guide, so check the transaction screen if your game version displays a different amount.
- Find the House of Healing’s outside access point and locate the interaction that offers the St. Halssius Visitor Pass.
- Confirm the purchase after checking the displayed Silver cost.
- Use the pass at the entrance and proceed into the facility.
- Follow the interior route toward the patient area, where the objective advances.
The pass is the least technically demanding option: it avoids the roof route and does not require finding the disguise interaction. Its trade-off is the one-time payment and the need to have enough Silver before approaching the entrance.

After you enter, move toward the devotees and patients. GameSpot says the cutscene begins when you reach the last room along the hallway. The quest database places the target in the second-floor south wing, so use the stairs and interior signs to keep moving upward and south rather than circling the entrance level.
- Leave the entrance area and follow the hallway toward the patient and devotee section.
- Take the route to the second floor and continue into the south wing.
- Keep going to the final room along the hallway. Reaching this room is the trigger described by GameSpot.
- Watch the scene in which Kliff meets Yann. Do not leave the building before the encounter finishes, or the objective marker may continue pointing back toward this room.
The descriptions “patient area,” “last room along the hallway,” and “second-floor south wing” refer to the same progression point from different guides. You do not need to locate a separate hidden basement or complete an additional treatment-room puzzle to start the scene.
Complete the escape and reach the Nas River Fishing Dock
Meeting Yann changes the sequence from infiltration to escape. The quest database and Ludo.guide both direct the objective toward the Nas River Fishing Dock, with the quest database providing the intermediate landmarks.

- Follow Yann out of the interior and onto the rooftops.
- Stay with him across the roofs until the route reaches a cottage.
- Continue from the cottage to the wagon rather than returning to the House of Healing entrance.
- Ride or follow the wagon sequence to the Nas River Fishing Dock.
- Remain at the dock until the quest update appears. The objective is complete when the dock segment has registered, not merely when you have stepped outside the facility.
If the marker appears to point backward after the cutscene, check whether Yann has started moving and whether you have followed him onto the roofs. The guides describe this as a continuous escape path; stopping in the patient wing will not complete the quest.

The entrance is still blocked
Confirm that Familiar Curses is active and that Return of the Comrade has been completed. The House of Healing objective belongs to the Chapter 3 Hernand storyline, so approaching the building before the quest reaches this step may not expose the required interactions.
I cannot find the disguise NPC or guard
Circle the outer wall instead of searching the central courtyard. The disguise instructions from GameSpot and Game8 both place the interaction outside the facility. If the conversation offers no purchase or bribe, verify that the quest objective is the infiltration step and not a different Hernand request.
The roof window is hard to reach
Start again from the right-side path and pass through the alley before climbing. The open window is on the main building, not an unrelated side structure. Adjust the camera toward the roof edge while climbing so the opening remains visible.
I entered but Yann is not there
Head for the second floor’s south wing and continue to the last room on the hallway. Reaching only the entrance or an adjacent treatment room does not trigger the cutscene described in the walkthroughs.

The escape will not advance
After the meeting, follow Yann over the rooftops to the cottage. Then continue to the wagon and Nas River Fishing Dock. Returning to the original entrance or stopping at the cottage leaves the escape sequence unfinished.
Rewards and what to expect at completion
The quest database lists St. Halssius Priest Attire, Cloak, Leather Footwear, and Hat among the rewards for Familiar Curses. The source does not establish how every current build presents those items, so check the reward panel in your game before treating any one piece as guaranteed equipment. The guides do not identify a separate reward for choosing the roof, disguise, or visitor-pass entrance; the entry method is an access choice, not a different quest branch.
Do not confuse this with “Path that Connects to House of Healing”
Path that Connects to House of Healing is a separate Hernand Requests faction task, not another step in Familiar Curses. Its objective is construction rather than infiltration.
- Speak with Vasyle near the House of Healing.
- Dispatch comrades who have the Construction skill to build a bridge.
- Wait for the construction assignment to finish. Game8 lists one day and 12 hours of in-game dispatch time and three Construction-skilled comrades for its walkthrough.
- Return to Vasyle after the bridge is complete.
Those dispatch requirements do not open Yann’s route, and buying a pass or wearing a priest disguise does not satisfy the bridge request. Select the quest name in your log before following either set of instructions.

Fast decision guide
- Choose the roof if you want to avoid a purchase and are comfortable navigating a climb and open-window entry.
- Choose the disguise if you prefer a paid route but want to approach through the facility’s normal access area.
- Choose the visitor pass if you have the Silver and want the most direct documented entrance.
- After any entry, prioritize the second-floor south-wing hallway and its final room; that is where the Yann encounter begins.
- After the encounter, follow the roofs, cottage, wagon, and Nas River Fishing Dock in that order.
