Crimson Desert is an open-world action-adventure set on Pywel, a varied continent divided among rival powers. Before the game’s opening crisis, factions in the region of Pailune maintain a tense balance. That order is not peaceful in a comfortable sense; it is a precarious arrangement in which competing groups avoid, contain, or postpone a larger confrontation.

Who are the Black Bears?
